You're in close proximity to 50 West for easy access to Washington DC, and 97 North to Baltimore. This home is a rare find tucked away on an acre lot in a very quiet community. The comfort of this home includes an open floorplan with a spacious kitchen, and plenty of natural sunlight from the expansive sliders along the back of the home leading to the large deck. Come and enjoy bird watching and take in the beauty of nature from the large back deck, while relaxing on the comfortable patio furniture.

Two families traveling together for the boat show. The house was clean, the owner responsive, and the house was a great set up for our group. Convenient location, well decorated, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

House itself is very conveniently located within Annapolis. Had plenty of space for my family of 5, my parents and my 2 dogs. Easy check in/out process. Beds were incredibly comfortable. AC worked PERFECTLY.Some Amenities need upgrading for the price per night range we paid.

Quiet and Well Located

The house is laid out very nicely, was incredibly clean, and has a massive amount of outdoor seating. Very close to downtown Annapolis, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Perfect for our needs!

We brought our family here for our son’s USNA Commissioning . The location and proximity to the Yard was fantastic. The backyard and deck were very inviting and we loved the laughter and voices of neighborhood children playing outside in the afternoons. It was a very comfortable stay away from home!

Clean and Comfortable

The house was as advertised. Very clean and spacious with plenty of parking and short ride to town. There was a little mix up with check-in as property manager had the wrong date, but it was quickly fixed. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great House

This was a great house and close to downtown Annapolis. The rooms were all perfect in size for the kids. We enjoyed how close it is to Annapolis and made multiple trips to Always Ice Cream in West Annapolis. Also it was perfect for getting to and from the Navy Marine Corps Stadium for multiple Blues games. The host was fantastic and extremely accommodating. I will definitely look for this house again next time we have to stay in Annapolis.

Baygrass Weekend

The home was lovely and comfortable and a great location, close to Sandy Point State Park. A few suggestions would be to have more coffee cups (there weren't enough for our group of 8), a toaster and soap in the bathrooms. We would also suggest changing the overhead lighting, which was too bright. Overall a great experience and we would definitely come back!

Simply Fantastic!

This was the perfect location and property for our Thanksgiving family reunion! Everything was wonderful! Upscale furnishings, linens and appliances and everything was spotlessly clean. Michele was the ideal host and thought of everything! Including some snacks and even toothbrushes! Communication was excellent and Checkin/out was smooth. Location was ideal for enjoying all things Annapolis and easy in/out of BWI Airport was an added bonus!! WONDERFUL!!

Exactly as advertised

This property fit our family’s needs perfectly. Everything in the home is brand new and very clean! The hosts provided all the necessities: ample towels, bedding, bathroom supplies and kitchen basics (soap, sponge, trash bags, paper towels). It is located in a quiet street but minutes from everything you need: downtown, stores, fast food, even BWI is less than 30min away.
