This unit is on the back nine of the golf course with an amazing well lit back patio for entertaining. The unit has granite countertops in the kitchen with stainless appliances throughout. The master has a Queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom with double doors. The guest also has a queen bed.

Fantastic guests! They were super communicative, left the place beautifully tidy, and were an absolute pleasure to host. We would love to have them stay with us again anytime!

We’ve normally had great experiences with Sunserra and their host Dustin. This time unfortunately ended up differently. This unit had a bad sour smell in the bedroom with the water heater and water softener in the closet. We let Dustin know this information during our stay, but no attention was made to check it out. We also did not receive any documentation upon arrival, which led to us trying to find the laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, trash bins, etc but we were unsuccessful. After thoroughly cleaning the place before leaving we obviously had trash bags that were left (3 total for a 5 day stay), which turned into the host trying to charge us 50 for removal and blaming us for not communicating with him….humm…odd because we did communicate with him about the smelly bedroom that needed a look but he didn’t feel it was necessary to do so. Anyway, as I stated before, we usually had good experiences with Sunserra, but this time wasn’t as smooth and the house needs some TLC to correct the stench.

I had to blackball this customer because he refuses to accept responsibility for taking out, literally, a truckload full of trash (no exaggeration). His excuse was he did not know where the compacters were, but never asked. He also mentioned talking to several people during his stay and never asked them either. We communicated during his stay, but when it came to asking about the trash he was silent. I guess he just thinks that it's okay to leave all of his trash for the host and cleaners to take care of of. BE AWARE OF THIS RENTER. EXPECT EXTRA SERVICES AND COST TO YOU AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO PAY FOR IT.

Sunserra is a very exclusive, private resort with great views of the Columbia River. They have their own 9 hole par 3 golf course, convenience store, restaurant, and ice cream/coffee shop. The resort has several pools and hot tubs with all of them for you use while staying with us. We also have pickleball/tennis/basketball courts and a gym.

Quiet area facing the back part of the golf course and Canyon creek. Not very far from the Canyon pool and hot tub.
