Nice fairly new log cabin. Close to fishing. 30 minutes to Yellowstone. Sleeps 7

Come to The Dry Fly cabin. This is a beautifully constructed log cabin and It’s at the end of a road so no thru traffic. It’s the last house on racoon street. Only 1 close neighbor. Super close to the world famous Henry’s Fork for fishing. Also Island Park Reservoir and Henry’s lake are just up the road a bit. Only 35 minutes to Yellowstone! Free Wi-Fi - BBQER and Fire pit available for use. Surrounded by pines. Beautiful area of island park!! You might see some wildlife such as moose or deer.
Our cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the main level with an open living room, dining room, kitchen area. There is a loft area upstairs with 2 queen beds and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need for preparing meals. I have some spices, oil, Pam spray, sugar, brown sugar, flour, etc. I also will try to always have instant oatmeal, pancake mix/syrup, little boxes of cereal and hot chocolate, coffee. At least something to get you started if you get in late. You are close to restaurants a few within 5-10 minutes and many options 10-35 minutes away. There is the Robins Roost grocery store about 10-15 minutes away.
There are so many things to see and do in the Island Park and Yellowstone area. Our family has been been coming here for 25 years. Ask me any questions you may have and I should be able to answer them for you or give you recommendations for anything. There are plenty of fishing options with guided trips available in the area, horseback / trail rides, ATV/side by side rentals, kayak, paddle board and rafting rentals, hiking and waterfalls, there’s a golf course close by with tennis courts/pickle ball, playhouses in both Island Park and West Yellowstone that are superb and hilarious!! Plenty of souvenir shopping in West Yellowstone and wonderful places to eat. Don’t forget to go to the Grizzly Discovery Center or the zip line adventure or Big Gun Fun and check out your shooting skills - all of these things with 35 miles of where you will be staying.
We can’t wait to host you and your family and friends in our beautiful cabin in the pines. If there is a special event going on (honeymoon/birthday/anniversary etc) let me know and I can try to make your stay extra special.

Very clean and well appointed cabin for spending a weekend or more in Island Park and surrounding area. Enough parking for two rigs plus boat trailers. Be confident in your ability to back up.

This cabin was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in when we have come to fish eastern id . So clean-well kept we enjoyed spending time and cooking after a day on the river.Will try to get this property next trip!

Amazing Private Cabin near West Yellowstone

Spacious living area, 2 baths, great bedrooms, fireplaces everywhere, nice porches, fire pit area, great kitchen and dining, great laundry, games, immaculately cleaned, and everything was stocked. If you are interested in the West Yellowstone entrance, this is a great option.

The dry fly

Beautiful cabin inside and out. Sarah had so many incidentals there for us - food, soaps, etc. and she provided us with many ideas of places to go and things to see. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely perfect!

This cabin was incredibly immaculate and so thoughtfully decorated and stocked. The entire space looked and smelled brand new. The host has invested her heart annd soul into this property and it shows in the detail! It was so peaceful…we slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. We were so impressed with how spacious the cabin felt. The host was very prompt with all correspondence, from the very beginning. We had a wonderful time at the cabin and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Yellowstone Vacation

The Dry Fly is an Excellent home! This secluded location had a positive impact on our vacation. The home was spacious yet cozy, clean and very inviting. The home was well stocked and prepared on our arrival! As a host, Sarah was second to none in answering questions, offering ideas and responding quickly to inquiries. She went above and beyond to have cake for my mother’s birthday celebration, which occurred while we were there. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning again in the future!

This clean, cozy, comfortable cabin was the perfect home base for exploring Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. Everything about it was lovely. We even saw moose and mule deer from the window. We would definitely stay here again!
