Location is great and Anna Maria Island is our favorite Florida destination. The condo itself is fine - it could have been a little cleaner and having to provide our own items like toilet paper and trash bags is odd, but overall we had a great time. Next time we will spend more for a nicer space that provides more amenities.

We’re so glad you enjoyed the location and your time on the island, Angie! It really is a special place, and we’re happy you chose Southern Breeze 3 by Anna Maria Vacations for your stay. Thank you as well for the feedback. Our homes do include a starter set of essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher pods to help you get settled in, which typically covers the first day or two. We understand how having more on hand can make things even more convenient and appreciate you sharing that. We’re also sorry to hear the cleanliness didn’t fully meet expectations and will be sure to pass that along to our team. Thanks again for staying with us and we hope to welcome you back to the island again soon!

This property is clean and exactly as described. We had a little tub drain issue and they fixed it a couple of hours later. Amazing service!I plan on staying here again next year. It would be great if they had some fishing poles for guests to use and some beach chairs or shade. These are not pricey but they would be an amazing bonus. There currently isn’t any place to rent a fishing pole around.
