Welcome to the Blue Canoe Lake Cottage on Cassadaga Lakes!

Relax with your family or love at this peaceful and very private upscale lake cottage. This incredible renovated space is light filled and very bright! Brand new EVERYTHING!!!! This small cottage sits right on the waters edge with 125 ft of private waterfront, with a covered, gated porch overlooking the middle lake. Wall of full glass sliding doors opens onto the porch. Lots of high-end details and amenities that will make you want to pinch yourself. Incredible views from every room. You feel like you are ON the lake.

Luxe bedrooms feature queens beds with Tempur-Pedic Cloud mattresses and West Elm Flax Linen Duvet Covers. Ceiling fans in every room. Dimmers on light switches. Central Air.

Incredible custom kitchen with island. Electric Fireplace in livingroom with sectional couch.

Evening exterior solar lighting turns this place into a wonderland!

Firepit right on the waters edge with firewood provide.

Weber Propane grill. Dine inside overlooking the lake.

Simply beautiful

We had such a nice visit! This house was well equipped with everything you could need for a stay. All the water sport activities provided us with so much to do! Looking forward to booking again.

Peaceful and Dog Friendly

My husband and I had a relaxing stay and loved the lakefront view. The cottage was very clean and well maintained. We brought our small senior dog and appreciated that the picket spacing on the gated covered patio kept her safe while she enjoyed looking out over the water.

Fall cottage stay

We had such an amazing and relaxing time at Kim’s cottage. It was exactly what we needed for a little getaway. Highly recommend Kim and this property. We will be back!

Visit with old friends

We moved from the Chautaqua county area about eight years ago and came back for the holidays to visit with ours friends from the area. The house and views were fantastic! The cabin was new and very well supplied the owner has went out of their way to make this a special place to stay. I would recomend this cabin to anyone who wants a "special stay"

Perfect Vacation!

This property is fantastic - beautiful and right on the water. We took full advantage of the amenities - kayaks, paddle boat, grill, fire pit. The locals were fantastic and even helped us with our fishing skills! We also explored a few local towns for shopping and coffee. Highly recommend!

Wonderful spot on the lake!

Peaceful location on the lake. The house is adorable and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway as well s being close to town for restaurants and shopping. The host (Kimberly) is very nice and responds quickly to questions. Thanks for a great stay. 😊

Ladies Getaway

The Blue Canoe is the perfect getaway. The home has everything you could possibly need. The setting is so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the views, kayaking on the lake and sitting around the campfire in the evening. If you are looking for a location to recharge - definitely put the Blue Canoe on your list. You will not be disappointed.

We live nearby and didn’t know this lovely area existed. Cottage is new, high end and very clean. Lakes are unique and beautiful. Loved our stay.

Relaxing Vacation, Beautiful House & Property

We had a great vacation here. Very tranquil and relaxed spot and was nice to have easy access to the pedal boat, kayaks and paddle boards. The house itself was very nice as well, perfect for a couple for a quiet trip. Everything in the house looked new and my wife kept mentioning how much she loved the wallpaper and decorations. So thanks, would highly recommend.

Fishing trip

Place is as advertised. Super clean and modern. Comfortable beds, awesome views, great kitchen. Coffee provided, tons of wood for the fire pit too. Kimberly was very easy to get a hold of and very friendly. I book a lot of weekend getaways to various places chasing good fishing, this one is my favorite. 100% would rent this again and again.

Another Day in Paradise

The Blue Canoe is an oasis during all seasons. So lovely and quaint to drive up to with its beautiful landscaping and flowers. Kim is an excellent host. It was our second time staying there. Love everything about it. The pup and I were in the lake morning, noon and evening on the paddle boat. Easy access. So much to do without having to actually leave the cottage, with exception to riding the bikes around the lake. Breakfast lunch and dinner on the porch was so easy peasy. Served on the cottages beautiful dinnerware. Evening spent on the porch with a movie was great fun. The beds are both super comfy. And the comforters too. Coffee in bed watching the sunrise over the lake is heavenly. It was my daughter, pup and I celebrating a belated Mothers Day. I hope to return real soon. It’s great it’s only 1 1/2 hrs from home. Thank you Kim. 😊

My two dogs Moggy and Mosey, love being at both the Blue Canoe and Blue Oar!
