Reservation verification is a standard security requirement for all guests. Regarding the maintenance concerns mentioned, we take property upkeep seriously and have a dedicated team available to address any legitimate issues promptly when reported. We strongly disagree with the characterization of the residence as being in poor condition, as our properties are inspected and prepared before each arrival. We remain committed to providing accurately represented accommodations and professional service to all our guests.

We appreciate your acknowledgment that the residence was nice and generally clean. We would like to clarify that this is a privately owned condominium, not a full-service hotel, and as clearly outlined in our listing, we provide starter essentials rather than unlimited supplies or daily housekeeping. A washer and dryer are available for guests’ convenience, allowing towels and linens to be refreshed as needed. Regarding the plumbing concerns, building-related water pressure issues can occasionally occur outside our control, and our maintenance team is available to address reported concerns. We also want to clarify that plumbing-related charges are not automatic penalties but apply only when damage or blockages result from improper use, as outlined in our house rules. We strongly disagree with the implication that these policies are unreasonable, and we remain committed to maintaining our residences professionally and providing transparent information to every guest.
