Great Stay

Very comfortable, clean, well stocked and great proximity to the beach. Loved the beach paraphernalia they had for us to use - coolers, wagon, towels, boogie boards, sand toys.

Clean and walkable

We enjoyed the modern and clean house, and walked easily to many restaurants and the nearby beach and spa. We also enjoyed the outdoor space. Great recommendations from the host for food options and things to do. Good choice for a quick family getaway.

A little piece of paradise

Exactly what I was looking for laid-back comfortable with all the modern amenities and so close to all the fun activities. And yes, when I do return to this area, I will be staying here again.

Very clean, lovely, well-stocked property in a great location near the beach. You’ll have everything you need to feel like you’re right at home. Host was very communicative and helpful, and we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect week away from reality

The house, its location & amenities were exact what we needed after a long winter up north. The house is centrally located to beaches, restaurants & the water taxi. Dr. K is such a gracious host & responsive to requests.A great time had by all!

Atlantic Dreaming

The property was bright and clean, the number of bathrooms was a definite, plus and the proximity to the beach and the host thoughtfulness of beach necessities. I would definitely recommend this property to friends. The whole communication was top notch and we hope to stay there again soon.

Excellent experience

This is a beautiful home, very clean and functional in a perfect location with an easy walk to the beach as well as a beautiful neighborhood for evening strolls. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time & highly recommend this home!

Great Location

We stayed for four nights--family of four. This place was perfect for us -- 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. The location is very close to the beach with easy access. It is also very close to Hugh Taylor Birch park, which is terrific place to spend time in, especially at The Grove. There are several other restaurants close by. And you're a very short drive from Lauderdale-By-The Sea as well as Los Alos BLVD. Overall, a great place for our family.

Fantastic Beach House

We loved everything about this house. Great location, short, short walk to a beautiful beach with a cute little boardwalk and two great restaurants. Also loved walking through the lovely neighborhood and to the intracoastal with coffee in the morning. The house is super clean and lovely with a big open kitchen/living area. Outdoor shower and beach cart with chairs and umbrella are a great touch. The hostess was lovely, with lots of great tips. We would totally stay here again!

Important to get in writing host's visitor policy re ages and dates of stay. Also, host requires photo of each visiting car license plates. Cameras on property.

Thank you very much Ronnie! Lovely review! See you next year. Yes, Anyone visiting with a vehicle needs to send a photo of their license plate so the car isnt towed. Outside cameras only for security, no indoor cameras. Visitor policy posted on website, as well as age restriction of children. Best policy is to be accurate at time of booking on who will be staying in the unit, as well as visiting the unit, so there are no exclusions to the property damage policy coverage., and the computer can accurately calculate the rent based on the number of guests.
