We really enjoyed our stay! The short walk to the beach with young kids was super easy. It’s also right beside the restaurants and shops and was so nice to be able to walk around. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need for meals in. It’s a pretty large house. We had 9 in our party and there was a lot of space! We’d love to stay here again!

Nice big house with lots of space, hosts were very friendly and easy to work with. House was not the cleanest when we checked in and there were multiple accessories broken, including the main dishwasher and the door to the attic.

The house accommodated our large family get together. The previous guests had taken HDMI cords and various items that made our stay less than perfect and unable to take advantage of the amenities we paid for. We communicated with the host often and they did their best to help (they were great), though unable to fix every concern/issue. The back yard is dream for kids with the unusual pool that fit the bill. Although the house is pet friendly, we found Cocoa Beach to less so. That is in no way reflective of the property. So overall, we would recommend this home and are sure future guests will enjoy the home.

The layout of the house was great, with a smaller kitchen downstairs we used as a break area and the larger kitchen upstairs with plenty of room for everyone.The entertainment area with the cooking area, turf yard, and of course the swimming pool - it was hard to keep the kids out of that area. This was really unique.One item that can really make or break a vacation that you normally don't think about is the quality of the water pressure and hot water when everyone is trying to get ready at same time; the pressure always stayed strong and never ran out of hot water - this is also unique and rare.The beach was great and is about a 10 minutes walk.Not sure if we will be going back to Cocoa Beach; but if we do, we will definitely stay here again

Such a wonderful place for our family of 12. We had two little ones and they enjoyed it as well. Close walk to the beach and lots of great eating options in walking distance. The pool and hot tub were lots of fun! Highly recommend!

Our overall stay was nice and the house is conveniently located and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The house however is in desperate need of a deep clean. Also, the outside gear & games that are provided for the beach and backyard area are broken and unusable. For example, the basketball hoop for the pool was broken in half when we got there. The owners were very responsive when we reached out about the cleanliness of the home and missing washcloths. They let us know they were sending the owner of the cleaning service to clean the home for us. But when the housekeepers arrived they only provided the washcloths, picked up somethings outside they couldn’t get to due to rain and didn’t have any plans to clean the inside of the home. Since we wanted to enjoy our trip we just moved on. If a deep clean is done and these broken items are replaced this house would be top notch!

The host was very accommodating and responsive. It’s a wonderful property to have two families come together for a trip, we very much enjoyed it. A short walk to the beach and fun backyard to hang out in. We were able to watch a rocket launch from the beach and the 4th of July drone show from the upper deck, which were amazing. There are also some great restaurants just a short walk away.Unfortunately, there were many items broken that ultimately created disappointment and thus 4 out of 5 stars. Almost all of the beach items were broken, ping pong net (no ping pong balls), multiple game room items broken, dishwasher drawer, and oven that had a strong gas smell. Both families were disappointed with this part. Plus, the sheets on two beds had stains and a few hairs in them. The host did their best to make things right and had new clean sheets sent and changed for us, so they made it right. Ultimately, we all had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed the trip.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS HOUSE. Literally one of the nicest houses I’ve ever rented or booked. The pics don’t do that house justice, it is so carefully designed, super clean, and there was a lot to do to keep people occupied. The pool was nice and heated, the AC was controllable, the beds were comfy me and my friends really enjoyed our little staycation and the host communicated so well. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

Fantastic home just steps from the beach! Excellent location, clean house and a super fun back yard. We had a party of 14 including young children and everyone had adequate accommodations. We loved grilling outdoors and playing in the game room. Host was super responsive. 5 stars all the way!

Fun Spring Break Getaway

This property provided lots of space for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the game room and ping pong table. The pool and outdoor space was amazing.

Family Vacay

Walking distance to the beach & downtown shops & bars. Short drive to the grocery store. Our grandson loved the game room & pool was enjoyed by everyone.

Family Stay

We were only able to stay one night because we were getting on a cruise. Words can not describe how beautiful this home is. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
