We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Only issue we had was that the coffee maker didn’t work, but the host was super responsive and a new one was dropped off the same day.

The apartment was upgraded with new appliances and decor-very attractive. Most importantly-it was pet friendly, close to the beach, and to Ocean Drive.

The property was very welcoming to pets and the beds slept great! It had all of the necessities! The only down side was we walked in on 3 dead roaches and one live one we were very taken a back and shocked. And honestly disgusted. But the area is great very short walk to the beach and a lot to do around you!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the home comfortable. I do want to note that no concerns about insects were reported during your stay, otherwise I would have addressed it right away. The property is on a regular pest control schedule, and seeing occasional dead insects can actually indicate that the treatment is working. That said, I’ve already notified pest control to follow up and re-treat as needed. I appreciate you bringing it up and hope to host you again in the future.

Really nice spot

Well maintained condo across the street from the beach. We enjoyed staying there for the weekend while our son played at north Myrtle Beach sports complex. Close to everything. Easy communication with property owner although there were really no issues to work through.

Temporary housing during move

Unfinished flooring under the cabinets and closet allowed access for palmetto bugs. Hot water did not last long enough in the shower. We stayed for 2 months while we were waiting to move into our home.

Margaret, Thank you for staying for two months while waiting to move into your home. The unit is treated monthly by pest control to minimize any insect issues, but unfortunately, palmetto bugs can sometimes still make their way in. I offered to send pest control during your stay, but I understand you initially declined. Regarding the hot water, I wish you had mentioned this during your stay, as I would have been happy to send maintenance to check and resolve the issue.

Great Location

Property was clean and the check-in process was easy. The location is what did it for me. We simply walked across Ocean Blv to a beach access directly in front of this property. It is small but worked fine fire my husband and myself. However, if anyone has been with us, we would def have been cramped. Also, it started there was a grill. We had planned to cookout several times. There was a campground charcoal grill in the ground that served all three units. Not what I expected at all. Overall, it was a very good stay. We would def go back.

Roaches and water infiltration

Stayed from march 28th to april 4th. Left 3 days early because there were roaches present everyday. Water seeped in the dining area after a half day of rain . 2ft x 4ft puddle. Management company was reactive but the results were the same. Under supplied kitchen if you want to cook the least bit. Had to ask for a decent knife to prep vegetables, a can opener and wine glasses that were supplied quickly upon request. Just not a relaxing and pleasant experience. Steps from the beach. We do.not recommend.
