Emily was a wonderful host. She quickly responded to any questions or issues I had and promptly resolved them. Great little dog friendly rental so close to the beach! I would love to go back again.

Overall the property was dirty. I would have thought if you are paying maintenance and housekeeping people to clean the property things would have been clean and in working order. That was not the case, if we would have had to call Emily to fix all the things wrong we would have had to go to a different property.The good thing was the access to the beach.

This is a great property. My Wife, the dog, and I had a lovely time. It was actually steps from the sand. We would love to book here again.

Cute little basement apartment. Comfortable and clean. Might suggest getting a dishwasher for the unit. Communication was excellent.

The floor in the room was very dirty and felt like it was not swept or mopped. The drain in the shower had so much hair in it that we had standing water when we took showers. Then we also seen a couple roaches during our 4 day stay. The host said if I would have contacted her right away she would have taken care of the issues. Which I will admit I did wait awhile before I contacted her. But people should know to clean their places better. The only plus was it was close to the beach.

Thank you for your feedback. As you mentioned, these concerns were not reported to me right away. Had I been contacted when they were first noticed, I would have promptly sent cleaning and maintenance support to address the floors, shower drain, and pest concern. I always want the opportunity to resolve any issue during a guest’s stay rather than learning about it later. I’m glad you enjoyed the convenient location near the beach and appreciate your feedback.

Host was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. I think the place could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived, but nothing too out of the ordinary (make sure you bring extra towels, toilet paper, garbage bags & paper towels!) Having a 2nd mirror somewhere in the house would have been super helpful for when multiple guests are staying there. Super close to the beach - we enjoyed our stay overall!

Close to beach, dog friendly, right off busy Ocean Drive. Noisy at times during Bike Week Clean comfortable place. Host was responsive to us.

New Years Getaway

My partner and I stayed here with our dog for a quick new years getaway! The condo unit was perfect for a short stay. It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach and just a short drive to any stores or restaurants. Emily was always quick to answer a message as well! Was a wonderful stay!

Nice for a small group or family

We stayed for a weekend for a race. We enjoyed the location as well as the amenities is the space. The host was great with staying in communication. The space was clean but it is older. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would come back!

Such a great home base location! It was literally across the road from the beach in North Myrtle Beach! Hosts were super responsive to my messages and helpful when needed.

Comfortable, affordable and great location

Great place to stay in Myrtle. Check-in/out went smoothly. The condo is cute and cozy, and had all the promised amenities. You can even see the ocean a bit from the seating area outside at the front of the triplex. We had family staying a bit further South, and the beach here was much nicer too!

Incredible location! We could go back and forth to the beach and the property during the day very easily! Close to many great restaurants! The WiFi was very spotty and extremely slow for downloading music and books to take to the beach, and for searching restaurants/things to do. The price was really reasonable-especially due to how close it was to the beach! Improving bed pillows and linens would be a good idea to increase comfort. Highly recommend!
