This home is in a very quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more! If you're looking for the perfect spot to just relax and not be distracted by outside noise, this is the home for you and your family!

This is a very unique backyard, compared to most properties in the area. You have a large outdoor area, with full privacy. - String lights set the mood and turns the patio and outdoor seating area into a cozy entertainment space - There is enough outdoor seating to accommodate 10 people - Rocking chairs next to a wood burning fire pit -Giant pool for the whole family - Gas grill to grill up your favorite meals. -Complimentary beach towels ~Living room The living room has a giant sectional, provided enough space for your entire group to lounge out, relax and unwind. The 55" smart TV can be seen from the couch, kitchen, so the entire group can watch live TV or stream their favorite shows and movies. Free high speed Wi-Fi – no problem with video conferencing, zoom meetings, etc. The kitchen is an entertainer's dream. The kitchen is open flowing, so you can cook, entertain and be a part of conversation between the living room and dining area all at the same time. The island has barstool seating for two guests, which is just a few feet away from the dining area. Eat dinner overlooking the pool and backyard light up at night if you chose to go outside. ~ Master Bedroom The bedroom has a 47" TV allowing you to stream your favorite shows or watch live TV while you wind down in your king size bed. The master bathroom has a walk in shower.
