Everything was wonderful with this property. The beach access was great. They had so many extra accommodations including everything you need for small children. The host provided great communication and was so helpful. We loved it.

Such a fantastic place. We were so pleased with the house. It is gorgeous and so amply supplied with the things we needed. Lots of beach gear. Definitely worth coming back to. Easy walk to the beach. Love this area!

The entire home was spotless when we arrived! Everything you could possibly need was available! The host was very responsive and helped whenever needed! The view from the porches was breathtaking, especially during sunrises!

This house is amazing for large groups. Everyone had their own space but the living room/dining area as well as the deck was great for hanging out together.The walk to the beach was super easy and there were nice chairs/umbrellas and beach toys for our use. Plenty of parking which can sometimes be an issue. I've never stayed in a home that had absolutely everything we needed, but this one was remarkable in all that was provided!! Beds and sofas were super comfy! The door to the deck needs repair as it only opens about halfway and squeezing in and out was a bit awkward but should be an easy fix. It's worth noting that vehicles are allowed on the beach in front of the house so something to be aware of if you have little ones.

We loved staying at Pelican Landing and plan to come again. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation at the beach. The beach is not overly crowded- very peaceful. It had a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, floats. It is also well equipped for little ones. We were traveling with our family with two babies. The house had a high chair, crib, and play pens. I highly recommend staying here.

We were looking for a beach escape from the icy winter…this was the perfect location. The house is comfortable with room to be together and places to find privacy. The back porch facing the beach was a favorite escape to enjoy the sunrise over the beach. Phenomenal locationThe host was amazing. We stayed for a month. The few thing we needed during that time were taken care of quickly by a local maintenance man and cleaning team. I look forward to returning in the future!!!

The accommodations were very nice. All the bedrooms were comfortable and the house was very quiet. We loved the beach access and the back patio where we spent our afternoons after we got off the beach. I also appreciate that the home had many beach rafts and beach chairs. Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Management was very accommodating and returned of call immediately. Pelican Landing was the perfect spot for us to enjoy our time together. This beach house exceeded every expectation. A short path leads directly to a stunning beach, with chairs and umbrellas provided — a thoughtful touch that sets the tone for the entire experience.The modern open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly, easily accommodating large families. Bedrooms are modern and spacious, the upstairs suite was immaculate, and the entire home was spotlessly maintained. The backyard is beautifully designed with brick hardscaping and includes everything needed for a cookout, plus a sandbox the kids enjoyed daily. A private suite off the garage — with bedroom, shower, kitchenette, and laundry — is a remarkable bonus for added guests or family.There is daytime construction nearby, but it had absolutely zero impact on our stay. The property manager was outstanding — among the best we’ve ever worked with.Beautiful beach, great location and a beautiful home, flawless stay. A genuine 10 out of 10.

Had a great week ! The property manager Couldn’t have been more wonderful! They made sure we had a Christmas tree for our little ones and gave us great ideas for decorating it ! We truly appreciate her kindness and communication! Was Pet friendly ! Nice washer and dryer and loved the supply of laundry soap , shampoo, towels and toilet paper etc . Beautiful sunrises and sunsets ! Loved the view Thanks !!
