Great value in this stay. Easy access to downtown without having to be in the middle of downtown. The backyard was a really cool place to decompress after a long day.

Such a great place with an amazing courtyard with a hammock, outdoor games, and a fire pit. The unit was super cute and had everything we could possibly need for our weekend! The bed was extremely comfortable and as someone who has a hard time sleeping...I slept so amazingly well! Very clean and check in was a breeze. Communication was fantastic and the host checked in making sure we had everything we needed. This will definitely be my go to place the next time I am in town. Five stars!

Very private bungalow right in a busy neighborhood but you wouldn't notice. Outdoor area was so relaxing and anything and everything we needed from the host was taken care of. Would definitely want to come back. The only thing i would change and it's so trivial, please bring back the fish wall. That was so cool. Liked that much better than the black accent wall. Very trippy, hippie vibes in the middle of everything you would need.

This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. Be aware that you might have to park on the street depending on how many people have rentals booked at the same time. (There's a total of 3 rental units on this property and only 1 driveway.) Unit C is a studio apartment, with a kitchenette. There is no stove, but it does have an electric two burner cooktop. We didn't cook so that didn't matter to us. The unit doesn't have a closet or anywhere to hang clothes. My biggest complaint is that we were not provided wash cloths, only bathtowels and hand towels.

We left after check-in. The property and unit were dirty and undergoing repairs, making it feel unfinished and not ready for guests. The lack of privacy was also a concern. The setup did not feel secure or comfortable, and combined with the surrounding area, it made us uneasy.Additionally, the location was misrepresented. It was advertised as being downtown Phoenix, but it was actually about a 15 minute drive away. This property did not meet expectations so we did not stay. We would not recommend this property.

Immaculately clean with some nice added touches. Because there are different units, it would be a great property if you had a few friends or couples that wanted their own privacy but to also stay together. Private backyard to socialise. The only drawback with sharing the property is the parking as it is one long driveway and so you may have to ask or be asked to move your vehicle so someone can get out. The neighbourhood isn't the prettiest but it felt safe and this property is very well kept. Would definitely stay here again. Owner is very pleasant and responsive.

Let me start by saying that our stay was pleasant and COZY. I think these pictures were taken when this was just remodeled, they do not reflect what the properties actual condition is, which I would describe as nice but slightly run down. In pic it shows vibrant walls, bright bedding and purple couch. That’s not what we got. The unit is very clean, but little things disappoint, such as a toilet seat that is crooked, a shower floor pan that needs cleaning or replaced, among other small things. Outside did not have the greenery or lighting at base of fence. The front/backyard both had weeds that were a good 12-18. The corn hole is very old and weathered. I should have checked street view, but the location is a 1 out of 10. My wife didn’t feel comfortable going outside. This property is probably one of the best looking properties on the street, but the area is questionable at best. If my kids were with me we would have left. If the property looked like the pictures, the only thing we would have docked points would be location, everything would have been a 10. Even if current conditions were represented I would have given better scores because I would have known what I was walking into. Host was great, all amenities were there. They should take new pictures to reflect current conditions. Everything about this place could be a 10 accept location, which they can’t do anything about. All the 10/10 reviews that simply say it’s a great place seem a bit staged.
