Great location, wonderful house with lots of places to gather, eat and have fun! Our family of 7 with dogs were very comfortable.

Perfect home base for my best friend’s Bachelor Weekend. Lots of easy walks to Bert’s and the Beach, fun time hanging out underneath it all. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location, great house!!

The house was comfortable and well equipped. We rented a golf that made our time amazing and ghe entire island accessible.

The house is beautiful and surrounded by amazing views! Bowen’s restaurant and kayaking just a short walk. We took an evening dolphin cruise that was wonderful. The Folly beaches are a short drive along with all the restaurants. We were able to spend some time in downtown Charleston as well. Perfect vacation home! Host were the absolute best.

Hidden gem in Folly Beach

This house had all we needed for an enjoyable fall break family vacation. Modern, comfortable and clean! So close to the beach and easy walking distance to the Folly center shops! Conveniently located for outings to Charleston, too! Would highly recommend!

The property management company is amazing! Very pleased with their service and communication. However, the house was very disappointing. It is not very well made and you feel the house shake as someone walks around the house. The back yard would have been great for dogs but you can’t open the back door and just let the dog out. You have to walk them down the stairs and to the fenced area of the backyard. There were 3 lamps in the whole house so it was very dark. There were 3 bedrooms and only one room had a dresser. The master or other guest room didn’t have one drawer for storage. Which was quite difficult for an entire week. There were less than 8 hangers in the house so that was also a problem. The house advertises that it can sleep 8 people; however, there were 5 coffee cups and 5 wine glasses so if you plan on having people with you be prepared to do a lot of washing and not everyone gets a cup or glass.

This property was perfect for our family. The house was beautiful and cozy. The walk to the beach was very short, about 5-10 minutes. Definitely recommend!
