Clean, nice home. The elevator really came in handy for our handicapped guest. The rooms were large and beach very close. Enjoyed staying at s more remote beachfront without so much traffic.

An absolute treasure!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From check-in to check-out, this place was amazing! It accommodated us all with tons of space! The only downfall, I can think of, is that the pots and pans are not meant for cooking for large groups, but we made it work! Very clean, huge, and a short walk to the beach.

We had a few issues in the very beginning, but the management group was very responsive and the property owner was understanding. They addressed all concerns immediately and willingly accommodated us for our troubles. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked additional nights We will definitely use Sunset Properties for future travels and book our next family stay at this property.

Our group of seven thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The folks at Sunset Properties did a fantastic job of communicating and made both our arrival and departure very easy. Although we were unable to take them up on their offer, they did make an effort to give us an option of early entry and extended stay. Of course, this only happens when the property is available and ready, but it was extremely nice for them to offer. We prefer Fort Morgan as opposed to the hustle and traffic found in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, so it was perfect for us. The house is located within a very short walk to the Gulf and the water was amazingly warm. Everyone in our group loved the multitude of balconies where we could enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunrises and sunsets. The home itself was adorned with quality furnishings and comfortable beds. The kitchen is very spacious and suited us well.Despite the fact that three of our seven were traveling separately we still had plenty of parking. The close proximity to Sassy Bass (3.8 miles) was a plus as well. If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet house with an abundance of room, we highly recommend this property. We've visited Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores repeatedly during the last 15 years and this property is top shelf.

Wonderful week

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The house had plenty of space for all of us. We had an issue with the AC unit and the property manager had someone out there that evening to get it working again!! Everything was wonderful.

Family vacation 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 12th year to this area and this house did not disappoint. Updated features in the kitchen, an elevator to all levels and a large capacity ice maker made the stay even better. The home was spacious allowing everyone space to visit, play games or just get away for some quite. This is a must do again for us.

Believe for the win!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travelled with a large group, including several kids of various ages. Tons of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy! No issues with us all being able to dine together, plenty of hot water for multiple showers at once and the air stayed cool the whole time. Be prepared for stairs galore, but with so much room to spread out it's a small price to pay. Our only real complaints were the lack of seating in the living room; a large sectional would fit well and is much needed and no vacuum for us to use during our stay. We swept multiple times a day and it was a chore for sure. All and all we all agree this was a wonderful spot and we stay again!

Mi è piaciuto: Check-in e comunicazione
Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia
When we got there, there were a lot of things that needed repaired. Bottom step on the stairs going up to the house, the support underneath was rotten and not supporting the step. There were two light fixtures on the top floor that had water in them and had to keep a bucket under one light fixture. These light fixtures had to be replaced, but not until after we were checked out.Smoke detector hang off the wall by wires.Direct tv cables, boxes hanging down the wall. Remotes with dead batteries.HVAC fixture very dirty.Empty cans in a box in dresser drawer.Nightstand door hang on by top screw only.Washer had a lot of cardboard pieces in it and rusty.Dryer had a lot of cardboard pieces in it and in lint catcher.Coffee maker was not working very well at all.Gas grill in the garage was falling apart and needed supports added to it so it would stand.Trim pieces off the shower in the master suite bathroom shower laying on the half wall that fell off.Light bulbs burnt out and light fixture not working in the master suite shower. No rails to hang any clothes in the closets in the master suite.Maintenance had to be there the first 3 days to work on all the issues. The yard had trash all the way around it and very tall grass.
