Quindi porta la tua famiglia in spiaggia e goditi i comfort di questa nuovissima casa sulla spiaggia a 3 piani situata a solo 1 isolato dalla spiaggia di North sulla sua strada privata.
La zona giorno principale è un open space w / a piena mangiare in cucina, un bar per la colazione che ospita posti a sedere casual per 4 e una sala da pranzo che dispone di un grande tavolo di famiglia che può ospitare 10 comodamente. Il soggiorno ha una veranda coperta e un bagno di servizio. In cucina ti godrai la piena alba del mattino durante il tuo caffè e gli splendidi tramonti sullo stagno di sera!
Al piano superiore ci sono 3 camere da letto, ognuna w / è proprio bella vista. La camera da letto principale w / un bagno privato, letto matrimoniale ed è privato veranda coperta con vista sul laghetto.
Le 2 camere da letto anteriori hanno entrambe una vista scintillante dell'oceano, 1 letto matrimoniale e l'altra una doppia completa e 1 letto a castello. Entrambi condividono un grande bagno di famiglia con vasca e doccia combo.

C'è una scala a chiocciola che ti porta nella stanza del cielo / area soppalcata che ha le viste più spettacolari dell'oceano e del laghetto in qualsiasi momento durante il giorno! Ha un letto matrimoniale w / deposito e un intrattenimento separato / salotto. Un ottimo punto di ritrovo per i bambini o uno spazio extra per dormire / privato per gli adulti.

Basta imballare la valigia e tutto il resto sarà qui in attesa per voi! Una cucina completamente fornita; utensili da cucina, articoli in vetro e piatti, frullatore, caffettiera, tostapane e pentola di coccio. Include anche un ampio pacchetto di cavi, WI-FI, tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno e da spiaggia, lavatrice e asciugatrice, ferro da stiro, boogie board, un assortimento di giocattoli da spiaggia, sedie a sdraio e refrigeratori, grill e doccia esterna per sciacquare la sabbia. ... tutto quello che ti serve in spiaggia!

* Ma la parte migliore è che la spiaggia è solo una breve passeggiata away..for voi e la vostra famiglia di godere in qualsiasi momento del giorno o della notte. Perché stare giù sul lato angusto della spiaggia di Hampton quando si può avere la tranquillità di North Beach?

Great property for the 9 of us. (3 couples, 3 kids) Polly was fantastic and so quick to answer any questions or give recommendations. Clean, plenty of beds and seating. Kitchen has the basics to cook your meals. So close to the beach, quiet, safe. Parking is easy (we had a 10 passenger van). Views from the porches and windows are beautiful. Great location for us to go both to Boston and Portland Maine (1-1.5 hrs either way)Great place!

Polly was very easy to communicate with and the house was spotless. The beds were super comfortable as was the couch. Ample room for the z4 of us to enjoy meals and spend time hanging out together. We weren’t prepared to have our own shampoo and conditioner but that was probably an oversight on our part. Wouldn’t definitely rent there again.

Fantastic house near the beach

We had a great time at Polly’s beach house! My youngest is 5 and she had no trouble walking to the beach whenever we wanted to go - it’s within a 5 minute walk. The beach cart made it so easy to bring what we needed. Will definitely stay again - love the open floor plan and having breakfast in the colorful dining area.

Hampton Beach

The condo is a short walk to a very nice beach, and a few miles from the boardwalk with arcades and shops, which was nice for the teenagers in the family. There was a free country music concert on Tuesday and fireworks on Wednesday.The house was very nice and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels and blankets.

Great accommodating house and location!

The house is maintained very well with all the amenities for a great stay. We loved how the kitchen is the first level and the bedrooms where on the second and third level. The views are nice because you can see the beach wall from the front of the house and marshes out the back. The open kitchen and living area are perfect for family time. The seating in the kitchen is ideal for eating and conversation. All the bedrooms are very comfortable with nice linens and plenty of bath towels. The owner is very accessible if there are any issues.

Thoughtful comfort near the ocean

Polly’s home in Hampton, NH, is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care she’s put into making the space welcoming and easy to navigate. The kitchen was impressively well stocked with both equipment and essentials, making it a breeze to cook and enjoy meals together. Thoughtful labels throughout the house helped us quickly find what we needed and understand how things worked—everything from light switches to house expectations was clearly and kindly marked. Just a short walk to the beach, the location made it easy to soak in the ocean air and beautiful views. A truly lovely stay in a well-loved home.

Great beach stay in North Hampton

We stayed with 7 adults and although a couple of the bedrooms are on the smaller size we had plenty of room to enjoy our stay. The owner, Polly is very attentive and easy to get a hold of for any needs we had or questions. The unit is well equipped and has plenty of beach towels and chairs to take to the beach. The decks in back are a nice quiet area to enjoy coffee In the morning or a glass of wine in the evening after a full day of sightseeing or hanging out at the beach. The place is clean and on a quiet street close to an ice cream store and restaurant with live music The more lively area of Hampton beach is a bit of a walk but doable I would stay again and recommend to others

Views, Location, Everything you need

This was a wonderful place for our family (6 adults, 1 teen, and a 2-year-old) to vacation together. The location is spectacular--quiet and scenic, yet close to the beach. The decks overlooking the pond were a beautiful place to watch the sunset and enjoy the bird life. This house is very well equipped with anything you might need in the kitchen, all things for the beach, as well as a pack'n'play and high chair for the little one. Polly is a highly responsive and helpful host, wanting happy guests, and doing everything possible to support us. Thank you, Polly, for your wonderful hospitality!

Perfect place and space!

We needed a spot for my husband and I and our adult children with spouses/significant others to be able to enjoy the beach, visit with each other, and use as home base as we gathered to attend some family events in the Merrimack Valley. This was perfect in all ways. Polly was a clear communicator, always very considerate of our comfort and our needs. The rooms are large and well-appointed and the housekeeping was excellent. The kitchen is efficiently organized, including an extra large dining table where we could comfortably fit for full group breakfasts and late-night snacks, and we could not think of one thing that we might reach for in our own homes that we did not easily find there. This was an awesome find, for an unforgettable and precious family weekend.

Witches Way

We stayed here for a week. We had a lot of rain, but had plenty to do. Lots of things for the kids to do, also, Polly had lots of family games. The Condo was immaculate upon arrival and the amenities went far & beyond. First house we rented in 10 years that had great mattresses on each bed! We loved our stay! Hope to return! The Deegans

July 4th vacation get away.

Polly’s rental is clean, spacious and close to the beach. There is ample space for our family which included 6 adults. The rear balconies provide great views of the salt marsh.

Great house and great location!!

We had 9 people on our family vacation! This house was a great fit. It was a very short walk to the beach. The kids loved the huge waves! It was only a short drive to the boardwalk which was a nice break from the beach! The house was very clean and Polly made sure we had a great time!!

Great Getaway

We stayed with two families. Enough room for all. Very clean , beds were comfortable with nice sheets, great view of the marsh, quiet street, great location. Polly was very nice and quick to respond to email and text!

Hampton Beach, NH. was rated as one of the top 3 cleanest beaches in the United States as well as rated top in value for resorts in America. (View report @ MSNB.com) So, by far this is the best location on the whole Seacoast, situated in a private setting with beautiful ocean views and only Meadow Pond and wildlife behind you.. You feel isolated, yet less than a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach-North Beach ! The quiet end !
