Wonderful two bedroom place that was perfectly situated near Ball State University. Modern, updated decor that made for a very comfortable stay. Communication from the hosts was excellent.

The house was clean, nicely remodeled and had everything we needed. It was also a great location and near everything we wanted to be. They had fun games, an awesome back yard and covered parking. Highly recommend!

Flawless stay would love to stay here next time
Stayed for 6 nights. Every thing was super clean. Communication with host was wonderful. I will totally be disappointed at my next stay in Muncie if I’m unable to book this listing. A great place to stay*****

I stayed at this house whilst visiting my daughter at Ball State University. It was perfect for all my needs! It was in a great location just a couple of miles from campus... surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The house itself was super clean and comfortable. I slept like a log in the comfortable bed! There were plenty of amenities available in the home. The hosts were great communicators... there was a little whoopsie in the beginning, but Kyle quickly responded and fixed the problem. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Clean and Comfy
House was very clean and the yard was quite large. If you need to be in the area for any reason, this seems like a great place to stay!
