We had a wonderful stay! The beach is so close and the pool is even more convenient. The place is very well equipped with everything you need to relax in or enjoy the day on the beach. Super clean and nicely appointed. We will be back again next year!!

Peaceful Stay with Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the host quickly answered our questions. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with the essentials we needed. The condo was perfect for our family, and we especially loved how peaceful the beach was. We even got to spot dolphins right off the coast several times! It was a relaxing and memorable getaway. Highly recommend this property! We’d absolutely stay again!

Wonderful Condo

My husband, three adult sons, daughter in law and I enjoyed a week at this wonderful condo. Absolutely beautifully decorated and views are amazing! The only thing I would change/suggest is new porch/deck furniture. We wish it had counter height table and chairs. Then you could see right over the railing, without the obstructed view.

Perfection!!

This is the perfect condo. It is located directly on the beach with a view that is absolutely stunning. The deck is large with comfortable chairs and spaces to eat/lounge as we enjoyed the beautiful beach & sunsets in the evening. The condo is so pretty & thoughtfully decorated, with comfy furniture and stocked with everything we needed for a week away. We truly felt at home. Patty and Fred were amazing to work with. We had concerns about visiting the west coast after the recent hurricanes- wondering would the facility be under construction? Will the pool be available? Everything was ready for us when we arrived, and communication with this wonderful couple was so helpful. Our family enjoyed a perfect week in Indian Shores. Don’t hesitate to come back to this hidden gem and if you are lucky enough to stay in Sunshine 1c, you are in for a treat!! We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

We had a wonderful stay! Every room was spotless, well equipped, and very well maintained. The furniture was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The host thoughtfully provided beach chairs, canopies, and many other useful items, giving us peace of mind knowing everything we might need was available. The property felt safe and well lit throughout our stay. Thank you for making our vacation so relaxing and enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again!

The best condo!

We had a wonderful stay!! After last minute decisions to cancel our resort reservation in St Pete (due to bad reviews), I found this gem of a rental and I’m so glad we did! It was clean and very well stocked. Beach supplies included! Steps from the sand. Pool was great for us and we were often the only ones in the pool.

Great Place to Stay

Beautiful condo just steps from the beach was a great place for 3 couples to spend the week enjoying sun and fun. Hanging out on the large patio with its beautiful view of the ocean was our favorite spot to enjoy happy hour and sunsets. Lots of space, wonderful amenities, well stocked kitchen, were all so appreciated. Lots of extras - even fresh flowers from the owners welcoming us. This is one of the most spacious and well maintained places we have stayed. Pool area was very nice and quiet - some days we even had it to ourselves. Highly recommend this property - it has everything you need and then some and was one of the best rentals we have had in our travels so far. Would love to come back!

Quiet lbeach location

The unit was fabulous and the quiet beach was inviting. Close restaurants and a few shops, still drove to them as it is area to cross onto mainland. Traveled up to Clearwater a few times as well as St John's Pass. We return here.for sure for any future stays.

Excellent Ocean-front Getaway 2021

While the exterior of the property could benefit from a makeover/updating, our condo was excellent in side and and great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was secluded and no crowds, awesome beach and pool and still close to lots of outdoor activities. Everything from Indian Rock Beach to John's Pass with unlimited restraunts, beaches, stores, etc. We will definitely be a returning guest to this area and would certainly rent this condo again.

Great Vacation Destination

We loved our stay at the property. It was close to everything and the beach was not crowded. Super easy check in process. SO many positives to this place. The only negative was we were hot at night. The air couldn’t be turned down any lower and the ceiling fans were very wobbly and made noise when they ran. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Definitely wanted to stay longer!

This condo was absolutely fabulous! Our family could not have been happier with this vacation. The layout was perfect for our group, the furnishings were comfortable, and the owner made sure we had EVERY thing we could possibly need. There were special touches (flowers upon arrival, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc) that were so thoughtful. We will definitely find a way to return to this condo and the quaint beach town it is in.

A Great Week

My family and I were extremely happy with our stay. The location on the beach is great and it is very close to the restaurants and things to do in the area. The cost for the week was more than we have paid in the past for beach front Condos but we decided to splurge this year since we have been locked down for so long due to Covid. We are happy we spent the extra money and hope it doesn't ruin us for staying in less expensive properties in the future...lol Thank you to the owners for a great week, it was just what we needed. We hope to be back one day.

Relaxation & Rejuvenation & Beautiful View

We traveled as a family seeking a beautiful setting to reconnect and rest for a week and we found it! Property was clean, rental reality company was very responsive and the ocean view was incredible. We watched the sunset every night. This area is a nice walking distance south to John’s Passing with a lot of evening activity and shops about a 7 minute drive to Treasure Island. This is a more quiet area with plenty of space on the beach. To the north is Clearwater with many activities. Restaurants are strong along Gulf Boulevard, great variety of Italian, pizza, Mexican and more. It’s also a short drive to Tampa where there’s a Zoo and city life. The owners have thought of every detail. Beautiful area!
