Our exclusive Townhomes offer an oversized gorgeous white kitchen that opens to a sophisticated great room with stunning features. Plenty of room for the entire family. Each unit offers a spacious deck to soak in the sun. In the back of each home, you’ll be greeted with our incomparable 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, oversized gorgeous white kitchen PLUS a wet bar. Open concept great room and not one but two front load washer and dryers. Primary bedroom offers 1 queen bed and en-suite full bathroom, Bedroom 2, 2 full beds, bedroom 3, 2 full beds, entry level bedroom 1 queen bed.
4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, oversized gorgeous white kitchen PLUS a wet bar. Open concept great room and not one but two front load washer and dryers. Primary bedroom offers 1 queen bed and en-suite full bathroom, Bedroom 2, 2 full beds, bedroom 3, 2 full beds, entry level bedroom 1 queen bed. Linens and towels are not included in your stay. If you would like this service added to your reservation, please contact our office at least 1 week prior to your arrival. Total with fees is $260. Please confirm you will be bringing your own linens if you are not adding our service to your stay.

Great stay

This property is amazing. Check in was fast and friendly. Condo was clean with lots of space for all 9 of us. Location was great too. Plenty of restaurants and boardwalk and beach 3 short blocks away. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful spacious rental 2 blocks from beach/boardwalk

Property is very nice, clean & well maintained. Lots of space for entire family. There is two sets of stairs to consider if you have a guest with physical limits. Nice pool area and grills. There is very very limited kitchen ware, plates, silverware, & glasses. Bring everything! Having to supply your own linens is inconvenient. 4 beds & towels for 11 guests took up half our luggage. I would stay again.

Family vacation

Seaport Oasis was a wonderful choice for family vacation. It was a 3 block walk from the boardwalk/beach and the complex amenities were perfect for off days from the beach. We would definitely stay again.

a wonderful week

Check in and check out was super easy. They were very nice in the office. Our kids had a blast in the pool and the place was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Great house!

This house was great! All new and modern!! Large, clean and great accommodations!!! Pool, hot tub and cooking area so clean! Definitely worth it! We all had a great time!!

Great location & Nice Pool

The condo is brand new, very nice. They were a little short handed during check in which was delayed slightly but they accommodated us with a complimentary late check out. Overall the property was perfect for our large group of family and friends. We will be back! Thanks Lauren.

Brand New Townhouse

We had 12 people stay in total and it was great! Everything is brand new so what’s not to love. There were only 2 issues - (1) there was no coffee maker and (2) the main tv in the livingroom stopped working towards the end. Other than that the location and place was perfect! I think it was worth the $.

Quick getaway

The townhouse is phenomenal unfortunately the cleanliness was not, I had to buy a swifter and cleaning supplies. I have small children the floors were so dirty our feet and socks were charcoal black. I made a complaint and someone came to clean the living room area a day later.

Extended family Vaca 4 1/2 stars.

Drove up from NoVA - 6 adults, 4 kids. The housekeepers did not do a good job and had to come back. We brought our own bed linens and bath/pool towels - Took up half the cars. I think the property should supply and deal with the vendor not the guest - even if they charge extra. It didn’t bother Vrbo to stack fees without explanation. Overall, nice, new, spacious place if you want to be near the boardwalk. Will be better when they cover the windows with more than just sheers… make sure to bring sleep eyemasks until they do.
