Classic four bedroom home, sleeps four to six, with updated kitchen on Eugene's College Hill. Convenient to University of Oregon, Hayward Field, and downtown Eugene. Home features a beautiful backyard with hot tub, patio set under umbrella, grilling options, hammock. Interior appointed with American antiques and contemporary masterwork American quilts. Large dining room and updated kitchen with dual ovens is suitable for entertaining. House is well stocked with cooking equipment and supplies. Bicycles and tailgating supplies available upon request.

Cozy home in a beautiful neighborhood

We stayed in Eugene for a week with our two teenagers and my parents. Nate's house was the perfect home base. It was clean, cozy, and such a nice place to relax. Nate was a great host. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, Cozy & Perfect Location

We loved our stay! The house is lovely with gorgeous quilts and meticulous craftsmanship. The beds are cozy and the backyard is a nice place to relax. We loved the kitchen nook and the pretty living room. It was a great stay and Nathan was friendly and put out the school house quilt in honor of our son’ graduation. My moms said it was their favorite place they’ve ever stayed with house rental. Thank you Nathan!

Time in Eugene Oregon

We had a nice time staying in your home! The weather was pleasant and the area was very nice. We enjoyed going down to the beach. It was a 45 min drive but very beautiful. Thank you so much for opening your home for our family vacation!

A Lovely Home, Close to Everything

We had a beautiful stay. We travelled from Australia and had to work through some logistics before we arrived. Nathan was an excellent communicator, helpful, and extended great kindness. The house has plenty of space, huge character, and was even better than I anticipated. It was lovely! The spa was hot and happily used! The House was clean and supplied very well. A perfect stay for UO family weekend!

Fantastically comfortable

This spot was such a delight to spend a long weekend in, it’s clear that it’s loved and lived in by people. It’s was very well appointed with a stocked kitchen, towels, blankets, etc. the jacuzzi was a dream, the backyard was beautiful, and the overall stay was extremely comfortable and charming. We would totally come back! The only thing (which is clear in the listing) is that we wished there were bigger beds than the doubles in both bedrooms. Our magic wand wish would be to change them all for queens or kings! You would be disappointed staying here :)

I am an archivist and cultural heritage professional who appreciates the natural and cultural history of the Willamette Valley and Eugene. This is my home and primary residence, not an investment property, and I very much enjoy sharing it with visitors to Eugene.

College Hill is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with tree-lined streets and many fine homes that is conveniently located near Hayward Field (1.5 mi.), University of Oregon (1 mi.), Downtown Eugene (.8 mi.), and local shopping and restaurants (.5 mi.).

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Quiet and secluded backyard with flowering camellias, rhododendrons, magnolias with a large hot tub and outdoor lounge under a lighted umbrella. Indoor furnished with family antiques and masterwork American quilts by my mother. Bluetooth enabled stereo with great sound.
