That said, you’re absolutely right to call out the stairs and the winter conditions. Having slick, icy steps is stressful and not something guests should have to problem solve on their own. We hear you loud and clear on the de-icer situation and the response you received, and that feedback has been shared so it can be handled better going forward. Same goes for the outlet in the upstairs bathroom. Since it was previously reported, it should have been addressed, and we understand why that was frustrating.
