Great

Easy to find, pool table and air hockey table were fun for everyone. The wildlife were right outside the backyard so that was nice to get to look at. Overall a great place to stay

Even better in person

The pictures looked nice but this home is beautiful. Comfortable for a weekend getaway with 4 adults and 3 teenage boys. The game room is in a lower level so we all had space to relax. The hot tub was amazing and such a quiet neighborhood!

Escaping Texas heat

The property is in a nice area. Spacious. Listing includes hot tub and game room with hockey table. These were two of the reasons I rented the property, Hot tub was dirty and smelled. Hockey table did not work. We had planned to use the grill on Sunday. Fortunately my son in law checked to see if there was propane. There was not so we stopped to get a propane tank after races. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness needs to be improved

This cabin is beautiful the big windows and location. The biggest and only issue we had was bed bugs, me and my family were disgusted, I myself got bitten. I believe it’s unacceptable for the price we pay to have these problems. It wasn’t in only one room it was all of them, my advice to future stays is just watch out especially for your little ones. I had demanded a refund or any type of compensation but didn’t herd back.

Post Christmas Get Away with the fam

The property is as advertised. The owners have made a huge effort to make the surroundings inside the house very southwestern. Lots of hand carvings and wall trappings that are representative of New Mexico and Texas. The area is well stocked with wildlife that seem very friendly. Large mule deer wander freely and appear to be unafraid of people. The game room has a bar and a pool table. The air hockey game seems to be missing a puck so if you are interested in that bring your own puck. Pool table is regulation size and cues are in good condition. Bar is not stocked so make a run to the liquor store prior to arrival or shortly after is an adult libation is on your mind.Televisions all work well and other than the Longhorns losing to Washington on my last night there I had no complaints. I would recommend this for family outings as well as the all adult party set. We didn't use the fireplace or the hot tub, but both appeared to be in working order. Happy New Year 2024. Chuck Norris
