Such a beautiful spot to stay on Spanish Wells! The beach is one of the prettiest we've seen! Great for young children! Palm 22 is a large, rustic cottage that can accommodate several people comfortably. It's vibe is beachy and relaxed. We took advantage of the the beautiful views from the porches morning , noon, and night. We would definitely rent Palm 22 again!! Loved it!!

This place has it all! Best location on the beach, with sandbar right out front at low tide, plenty of sleeping areas for a large group, well equipped kitchen, roomy front and back porches for relaxing, second story balcony, lots of shade from palms on the beach side, beach toys and a very responsive host and local house manager. Will for sure stay here again!

The most perfect location in all of Eleuthera. Immediately on the water in the most beautiful part of the most beautiful beach. Blocks from a well-stocked grocery, Buddha's bar and grill, and Pappa's ice cream. A warm, beach casual home design that gets you relaxed a few hours after you arrive with a huge shaded front porch.And the modern conveniences you really want, a kitchen with all the tools, laundry, excellent air conditioning, and a grill.Just wrapped up our fourth perfect trip...

Wonderful family getaway

This place is magical. It’s well loved and maintained. There are books and swings and hammocks in addition to the perfect beach setting. I can’t wait to go again.

Another trip to paradise!

We just got back from another amazing trip to Spanish Wells and stayed at Palm22. It was such a beautiful and tranquil place, with stunning views of the ocean and peaceful surroundings. The accommodations were perfect as always. I highly recommend a visit to Spanish Wells and a stay at Palm22 for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation.

Favorite on the island is the sandbar in front of the cottage

I’ve wanted to stay at Palm 22 for years. So glad we were able to this week with friends. It’s better than I had dreamed of and I’m so excited to be coming back with family in 9 weeks. Spanish Wells is my happy place.

Delightful

Just a magical house on a magical beach. From the 4 year old to the 75 year old and everyone between, everyone was delighted, and even after 9 days, no one was ready to leave. Our second visit, and it was even better than the first.

Incredible Stay at 22 Palm

22 Palm was the perfect house for our trip to Spanish Wells for our wedding. The beach front property perfectly meets the start of the gorgeous sand bar & had stunning views. The house is equipped with water toys to enjoy the beach. The upstairs ropes/swings was such a hit with our young nieces too. Our hosts were responsive & accommodated our early check in as well.

Absolutely perfect! We stayed with a group from ages 6-76 and everyone loved it! Perfect location on the beach. Has everything you can imagine! The kids loved all the things to do, from the water, beach and even spike ball and bags! The upstairs swing and rope ladder was a hit, when not outside someone was on the swing! Joe the owner couldn't be a better guy! Everything from start to finish was just perfect!
