Good Garden City stay

Great location, lots of actual beds as listed, good bed sheets, sufficient kitchen amenities, plenty of towels. We would stay here again.

Our stay here was great! We went over Labor Day weekend so the price was a bit higher than usual, but still a great deal compared to some of the other homes in the area. It was clean and in a great location as well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because I think that the common areas of the home don't accommodate as many people as the home sleeps. There are a ton of beds and that is great, but then we didn't all fit around the table or on the couches. I know that it's because it's a townhome so it's a space issue, and there are lots of chairs and big couches. It's just something to be aware of!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had great furniture and number of beds to accommodate our families being together under one roof.

Loved the area! Check in was easy. Unit was clean with all equipment including kitchen facilities in good working order. Easy WiFi access. Parking for two vehicles with additional parking available close.

Room for everyone with lots of extras.

This property has so many great options for sleeping arrangements, especially for a big group with various ages like ours was. We were pleasantly surprised to find a pack-n-play, high chair, kid dishes, games, and a paddle board, which were not mentioned in the property's description.. We had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay.Thank you!

Centrally-located Garden City Stay

The property was well maintained and fulfilled all our needs. It was a bit bigger than what we needed, but for the price it was a better deal than some smaller places nearby. We had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. I always appreciate when there are multiple common rooms for watching TV, so the kids can hang out in one space and the adults in another. The main streets in Garden City were within walking distance, so that was very convenient for eating out (not having to find parking). The layout wasn't quite what I expected, with the two largest bunk beds in what was obviously supposed to be the master bedroom, but all of our kids decided to stay in that room, so the big closet and bathroom was great for them. It just meant that my husband and I didn't have an ensuite bathroom. However, it wasn't a dealbreaker, and in all other regards I don't have any criticisms. We'd stay there again, and bring some friends with us next time!

The property was very clean and well cared for. The kitchen had very few cooking supplies, but plenty of cookware and dishes. The towels had stains and the requirement to start a load of laundry can be difficult if you aren't familiar with that particular washer. Would stay again though as overall it was very nice.
