Our lake house has been thoughtfully designed to help you relax and enjoy your time off (or your time at work), with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, great room, dedicated office space and parking for your boat or trailer.

Located within walking distance to the beach, the marina, Mike's Market, coffee shop, and Ace, everything is at your fingertips! Restaurants are just a mile down the road, as well as access to the community pool.

This spacious townhouse built in 2023 has a primary bedroom on the main floor with California king bed and ensuite bathroom. The main floor also boasts a fully stocked kitchen and coffee/tea bar, as well as dining room and entry.

The 2nd floor has a large great room with amazing windows, a large sectional sofa with sleeper, club chairs and a sofa table for extra seating (up to 13). There's also a little office nook with gig internet so you can work away from home if you desire, as well as fitness area with yoga mats, bolsters, free weights and a weight bench. Just off the great room is a full bathroom with separate vanity and full tub/shower.

The 2nd floor also has 2 bedrooms - one with a king memory foam bed and the other with a loft twin bed and 2 single twin beds below it. There's a 3rd bathroom with large walk in shower located in the same hallway as the 2 bedrooms.

Please note, we are currently living here during the week so some areas will be inaccessible, like the garage and bedroom closets. We appreciate your understanding!

We have a Pack N Play and high chair available if needed. Please let us know in advance so we can get it out for you, thanks!

*Allergy info: We do not allow pets, but we do have 2 dogs that live with us. They are not allowed on the furniture.

Clean and great location

New, clean, well stocked and organized. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Host was very responsive to texts during our stay. Great location.

Great new place - Great communication

The place was nice, new and clean. The owners were super nice and thoughtful, communicated promptly, and even left a little welcome/birthday message and treat. They have everything you need in the kitchen as well as paper goods if you prefer that. There's lots of extra bedding and there are games in the closet. They are also prepared for little ones with a pack n play, pack n play sheets, high chair, etc. Loved our stay! Would love booking this place again the next time we come.

Hello! I'm Bethany and I love all things outdoors and travel with my husband Taylor and our 2 pups. We moved to Garden City in January from Ogden and are loving living here full time!

It's so quiet here in the best way. We enjoy watching sunsets from the big picture windows in the great room, and on a clear night you can see the stars right out the windows! We love cozying up in front of the fireplace with a bowl of popcorn and a movie on our giant TV with stereo surround sound.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our property is super close to everything - you can walk to Mike's for some groceries, to the marina, to the beach, or to restaurants down on Bear Lake Blvd. We've put in a few extra design touches to make your stay extra cozy, like our gigantic sofa and fancy fridge that makes craft ice.

We have the most comfortable beds for both soft and firm mattress sleepers, and with a dedicated workspace and fitness equipment, our goal is to help you live your best life while staying here!
