Questo 2011 costruito, casa Oceanside Singleton Beach offre tutti i comfort che ci si aspetterebbe da una nuova costruzione di casa con l'ulteriore vantaggio di servizi navetta stagionale golf cart gratuito per la spiaggia. 32 Crabline Court è una nuova casa ben arredata con tutti i nuovi mobili, accessori e televisori a schermo piatto, oltre ai nuovi elettrodomestici Whirlpool Gold in acciaio inox e ai piani in granito / quarzo in cucina e in tutte le zone bagno. La nuova pavimentazione in legno di hickory si trova in tutti gli spazi abitativi del primo piano con moquette raffinata nelle camere da letto del secondo piano. Una piscina privata si trova direttamente dietro la casa.

Il primo piano del 32 Crabline Court è composto da una camera da letto padronale con un letto matrimoniale, un doppio armadio, una zona salotto per due e una cabina armadio. Il bagno principale ha una vanità doppio lavabo e cabina doccia. La seconda camera da letto al primo piano dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un doppio cassettone, una zona salotto e un bagno privato con lavabo singolo con vasca / doccia. Al primo piano si trova anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice Whirlpool completamente nuova.

Le aree soggiorno / cucina / sala da pranzo possiedono caratteristiche di design uniche che uniscono i tre spazi in un bellissimo soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Il soggiorno ha una spaziosa area con un soffitto a due piani che consente la luce del sole attraverso le sue quattro grandi finestre. Gli appuntamenti di arredamento includono un divano componibile con un letto estraibile con materasso ad aria, due comode poltrone e pezzi d'accento di legno. La TV a schermo piatto 42 'ha anche un lettore DVD / Blue Ray così gli ospiti possono godere di film e intrattenimento. La cucina, che fa parte della grande sala, possiede un ampio bancone e un armadio. Gli sgabelli da bar dietro l'angolo del bar per la colazione forniscono posti a sedere supplementari per il tavolo da pranzo della sala da pranzo di otto posti.

Il secondo piano dispone di una seconda camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale, un doppio cassettone, una zona salotto, ampio spazio armadio e un bagno privato con un lavabo e una combinazione vasca / doccia. Camere da letto 4 e 5 hanno due letti singoli in ogni camera con un doppio cassettone, una poltrona e comodini e condividere un bagno. Tutte le camere sono dotate di nuovi TV a schermo piatto e ventilatori a soffitto.

Crabline Court è una bellissima enclave di case di lusso in un vicolo cieco con case di 4, 5, 6 e 7 camere da letto con piscine. Poichè Crabline Court si trova vicino al nuovo parco cittadino, hai un facile accesso a campi da tennis, basket, calcio e baseball. L'accesso alla spiaggia può essere guidato in solo 1 minuto, in bicicletta in 3 minuti. Le case di Crabline Court si trovano al largo di Singleton Beach Road.

Overall we had a great stay. Walking distance to a quiet beach and shuttle access for those who couldn't walk and close to everything we wanted to do. The kids loved the pool in the basement.

This property was amazing and was situated in a nice, gated neighborhood. It had all the amenities that we were looking for, and it was very clean. Each bedroom had a full, ensuite bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the public beach was a walkable distance (or short drive) through a nice public park with tennis and basketball courts. The location is close to the William Hilton Parkway between mile markers 5 and 6 so the entire island is easily accessible. The price was quite reasonable, and the host was responsive. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The house is amazing, the area is great and the beach is close.The only thing that was annoying was the alarm system. It was loud everytime a door was opened. Maybe there could be a button you can press before going out each time to quiet the alarm, so it is not constantly going off.Communication with the host was easy.Loved the shuttle. It was quick and easy.

During peak season, there is a FREE golf cart shuttle service to and from the beach if you don't want to make the very short walk or bike ride. I am also glad you found communiction with me to be easy. Regarding the alarm system, this is a safety feature for all of our guests, especially those with small children, so that they are notified in the event a child tries to step outside. Unfortunately, we cannot quiet the alarm as this would negate the notification that the door has been open. In all most all instances, our guests appreciate this notification safety feature. We enjoyed this house. There are a couple of things to consider: it is a good 14 - 15 minute walk to the beach. (I'm not sure if in years past there was access to the boardwalk but it is now closed off) We had 2 major issues when we checked in and Mark as well as the property management company were very responsive and resolved our issues quickly. The decor and TV's are dated with but the house is functional. It served the purpose for which we needed it. I'd recommend it if you need the 5 bedrooms.

Regarding the walk to the beach, it should be noted that during peak season our community offers a FREE Golf Cart Shuttle Service to and from the beach every day except Saturday's. I am sorry if you did not take advantage of this service but it is clearly publicized in your arrival instructions plus within the home itself. Also, to clarify, the walk to the beach is about 7-10 minutes going to Singleton Beach. Additionally, I am glad to hear we resolved the two issues you had during arrival to your satisfaction. Regarding our furnishings, I am not sure what would be considered out dated. Also, while the TVs are indeed slightly older, they are fully functioning flat screens and we have had no concerns or complaints regarding their functionality. Please note, we take pride in making sure all furnishings, TVs, hardware, etc. are always in top notch condition for our guests. I am sorry if you felt different. Thank you for the 5-Star review. We always try to give our guest a 5-Star experience. I understand you and your group enjoyed the golfing offered in Hilton Head. I hope you also got a chance to the Heritage golf event. Regarding the pool heater, indeed it was broken. For that we apologize. The heater broke a few weeks prior to your stay and a new one was put on order as soon as we found out about the situation. Unfortunately, there was a 2-3 week lead time on the new heater and it arrive toward the end of your stay. I believe it was installed a day or two prior to your departure. As we did not have a request from you for the pool heater to be turned on until after your arrival, by that time it was too late to offer pool heating. Please note the new heater is in place and functioning properly. Again, sorry for any inconvenience. With that, we are glad you had a 5-Star experience and we hope to host you again. We always maintain all furniture, beds and accessories so that it provides our guests an enjoyable experience and outstanding comfort level. Additionally, our location is ideal for both families and groups alike. We are within 2 miles of over 50+ restaurants of all types. Additionally, we are no more than a 10 minute drive to 13 on-island golf courses including the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course and the Country Club of Hilton Head. Lastly, if your a shopper, we are 15 minutes from the Tanger Outlets and 5 minutes to Shelter Cove and Coligny. Absolutely gorgeous property and neighborhood!

Beautiful, clean and well stocked home! Hotel quality sheets, towels and amenities. One of the best springbreak properties we've stayed at and we pick a new state every year!

Nice property close to the beach, huge garage, becareful if you bring little kids because the front door can be easily open by them from the inside. The dinner card was greatly appreciated.

Fall Break

Overall the property was very nice, however it could use a good deep cleaning under all furniture. Beach was close by and had plenty of space for the family. Would stay again.

My wife and I are glad to know that you appreciated the close proximity of the beach and that our home has plenty of space for up to 12 guests as advertised. Regarding the cleaning, please note that we have had the same cleaner for 11 years and that we consistently receive 5-Star comments regarding the presentation and cleanliness of our home. If you found something out of sorts, we apologize for that and will put our cleaner on notice to review under the furniture. It should be noted that we deep clean the furniture a minimum of three times a year. If there was a section under the furniture that was missed, we apologize. Everything was great except one thing. We’d manually set the ac down each day and the temperature would remain 80 degrees in the house. Each person tried to move it down. I asked the host and he said you could just move it down, but it remained warm the whole trip.

Bob, thank you for the review. We always try to give our guest a 10 out of 10 stay. We are sorry we fell short this time. It should be noted that indeed we spoke regarding the air conditioning system and that I advised that you could manually adjust it. However, I was not aware the manual adjustment was not working as I never heard back from you so I assumed it was working. As it turned out, I was advised by our property manager upon the check out inspection the system was still not working. I immediately called our AC company who identified the problem as a malfunctioning breaker in the unit. The breaker was repaired and the system is now operating properly. Rest assured we always try to give our guest a 10/10 experience which is evidenced by our overall 9.8/10 rating on VRBO. Again, sorry for the inconvenience and we hope to have you rent again soon. Birthday weekend

You could stay in if you like. It's so comfortable and enough space to relax...the pool was awesome. I would choose this property again.

It should be noted, you were the first guests to stay since our new family room sofa and chairs were delivered in October. Also, as you noted, our guest enjoy the screened in pool which can be heated if our guest so desire. Could not have been better!

More than adequate for all of our needs…so wonderfully decorated and accommodating. Just lovely! Absolutely recommend for large group.

We appreciate you taking note of the decorations within the home. We strive to make it as inviting as possible for our guests. Also, thank you for noting the home is great for groups up to 12 people. With two King Master bedrooms, a queen bedroom and two bedrooms with two twin beds each plus a sleeper sofa, there is plenty of room for multi-family stays. Nice home and close to everything

The home was ideal for 4 golfers. Separate rooms and baths are always a require feature for us and it worked out quite well.

Hilton Head offers great courses and some outstanding course values. With our home located on the North end of the island, we are 10 minutes from 11 on-island courses and about 15 minutes from 6 off-island courses. Add in some of the private clubs and other off-island courses and you have your choice of over 30 courses within a 25 minute drive. I am also glad to hear you found our home to be spacious for your group. All of our guests seem to appreciate the open nature of our home and the comfort it provides. New Years Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head. The house was great, spacious and very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool. 32 Crabline is in close proximity to everything.

It allows all guests (especially kids) to have year round enjoyment when the ocean water is too cold. We are also glad you found the home spacious and comfortable. Additionally, and as you mentioned, our Singleton Beach location puts you within minutes of a wide variety of excellent dining, golfing and shopping experiences. Thanksgiving getaway!

What a beautiful home. So comfortable and roomy. The heated pool was a big hit! We were close to the beach and made many trips there. If I ever go back to Hilton Head I would choose this house again.

Diane, My wife and I are so glad you had a 5-Star stay. Its good to hear your group enjoyed our home and found it to meet all of your needs. As you mentioned, our home is beachside and we are only a 2-3 minute bike ride to the beach. If you elected to walk, it is only about 7-8 minute walk. During peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day), we offer a free golf cart shuttle service which most of our guests take advantage of in the summer season. Also, we are glad you enjoyed our heated pool. Kids and adults alike love swimming in the pool while heated and it only goes to enhancing our guests stay. Property was in great shape with lots of room. Kitchen was very nice and washer and dryer very nice. Pool well maintained. Would stay here again. Great location close to everything
