The house has everything you could need and the fenced yard was wonderful for our pup! This was our second time staying here and we plan on going back many more times.

Easy access to the beach. Only thing that was missing was a wire brush to clean the grill before and after use. We had a very nice time.

We have rented our vacation homes through Ocean Odyssey Vacation Rentals for many, many years. They go out of their way to make sure the properties are clean and well maintained. We have referred many people to them since they are so helpful. They have excellent customer service and are easy to communicate with and responsive to requests or if any issues come up. We love staying in Yachats! There are excellent restaurants, beach hikes and many fun shops.

What a delightful cottage. Pet friendly and the place was very clean. Great kitchen with all the items you need. This is my second time to stay there and it was another great get away. Communication was great. I highly recommend staying at the Garden Cottage.

Lovely place for exploring Yachats and beyond

Arrived a day early (on accident) and rather than having to trek back to Portland, they quickly found us a place to stay for 1 night with our dogs. Birthday weekend trip

Outstanding relaxing time on Oregon coast. We also live in an Oregon coastal town yet still enjoy the unique experience a yahchats had to offer as well as this beautiful rental house.

Lovely home in Yachats

Initially surprised to be staying on East side of 101 but turned out to be a beautiful short walk to the beach and town. Great comfortable and spacious home for us and small dogs. We had such a great time! Thank you for hosting us

Boys trip 2024

Great little place just outside of town within walking distance to the ocean. Little bit longer of a walk into town but still a good location. House and amenities are in good shape and working order. We will definitely look for this property on our return visits.

Love this little town, and the house was perfect. I appreciate dog friendly, the shower was amazing.

Went to the art show, spent quite a bit of time at Neptune playing on the beach and the rocks, walked the 804, went to the Sunday market, hunted for agates. Did not want to leave.

The cottage was cute clean well equipped and comfortable. Even the heavy rain and wind added to the experience. An enjoyable Valentine’s get away.

Charming cottage, clean, comfortable, attractive.

My spouse and I went for 5 days. We loved this place. The view of the ocean from the kitchen window is a plus, and it’s only about a 5 minute walk to the shore. Because it’s right on highway 101 it is noisy unless all windows are closed, but the tasteful furnishings are so clean and comfortable and cozy. We would stay there again.

Charming

I felt like I was staying at a friend's house. Everything that I needed or wanted was there from cookware to tea towels. The beautiful private garden in back was icing on the cake.
