Mary was a wonderful Hostess. She checked on us a couple times to make certain things were going ok, not push, just wanting the best experience we could have. I did reach out once for a simple question and she replied within 5 minutes! Very easy to interact with! The condo is literally across the street from the beach. Easy access to the beach because of a public access point right at the unit. The unit itself was wonderful. Great value for the money. The unit had great cookware and all the appliances we needed. The unit is also close to everything. I will definitely seek to rent this condo for my next trip.

We LOVED this condo! Location was awesome, it was super clean, in a nice area. Property manager was very easy to get in contact with. Definitely would book again. :)

Wonderful condo and location

The condo was nicely decorated, clean and had all the essentials. When we come back to visit we will definitely reach out to stay here again!

This property was every bit as wonderful as the description & photos suggested! Very clean, listed supplies available (paper products, towels, etc.), appliances in working order, comfortable beds & other comforts of home, lg selection of beach toys & equipment, & the view/sounds of the beach from the balcony was breathtaking in real time!One trip to the grocery store, a few planned excursions, time at the pool & beach, and a different place to eat dinner each night made our week-long family vacation complete. No need to explore lots of other beaches, because the one right across the street has sand like powdered sugar and crystal clear waters at low tide. Apart from the jellyfish, the main drawback was the limited section of beach open to the public between the reserved private beach properties, so my husband would go early and reserve a spot by the water. My daughter and I would join later after sleeping in & packing lunch.This trip was somewhat last minute so we didn’t have much time to research & plan. The info binders put together by the hosts were very helpful. We chose to go parasailing (Sky High Parasailing) & take a 3-hr pontoon boat tour (w/slide & floats) to Crab Island (Destin Pontoon Charters). Highly recommend both!Mary made the entire VRBO experience from booking to check-out easy & stress-free. Timely messages w/ reminders, open & clear communication, & quick replies. She was understanding and open to suggestions. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Fall break getaway 2024

Mary has a beautiful condo I would stay there over and over extremely clean. She goes out of her way to make sure you stay is flawless the extras that she provides are so sweet with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion extra garbage bags. Not to mention all of the extras in her storage unit for the beach, I can’t say enough about her condo and the hospitality she shows! I definitely give her place a 10 out of 10 🤗

Clean, comfortable little condo for our family, so close to public beach access! We loved the close beach access right across the street, the provided beach chairs/umbrella/boogie boards, the pool/hot tub, and the balcony view! The area to rinse off by the pool was really nice to have so we didn’t have to stand in line at the beach shower.

Amazing place to call home while on vacation. The furniture, bedding and kitchen were gorgeous and comfy. Excellent view! I’ll go back for sure.
