The house was exceptionally clean. The layout of the bedrooms with a centralized open floor plan was perfect for us. Sandy and Anna were available to answer any and all questions we had. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Loved having the boat dock behind the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect Island Getaway!We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Treasure Cay! You truly cannot beat the location—just steps away from the soft white sand and breathtaking turquoise water. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved spending our mornings on the patio and our days exploring the stunning beach. The host was wonderful, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a five-star experience in paradise! We will definitely be back!

Stay was excellent - Great home with a lot of nice touches. Dock was easy to use and had electric and water. House had all basic cooking utensils and bonus of some spices etc if missing them. Highly recommend the chicken ranch!

Beautiful home in paradise

The house was a perfect size for 1 big family or 2 families with kids. The huge living room was a plus and the house was very well decorated with great taste and furniture. The boat dock was a great size for our boat and very convenient. The house was a golf cart ride away from Bahama Bay Club which was nice for meals, pool, and beach access. The staff was very accommodating. Great rental!!!

Fried chicken

The chicken ranch did not disappoint! We had an easy check in and the fun began. The house maid came and made sure we had what we needed. The owner regularly checked in with us and made sure we knew where to go and who to contact if anything was needed. The grill worked and water pressure was superb. Both ac units worked like a charm. Very satisfied with our choice of stay.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

The Chicken Ranch was an absolutely wonderful location for our Spring Break trip. We had two families staying (a total of 11) and the house worked out perfectly for our needs. Spacious kitchen with everything you need. 4 bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. Boating slip which allowed us to park our rented boat on site for the week, so convenient. The house is so well appointed. Anything and everything you could need. Sandy is a wonderful host and is so responsive and willing to help. You can’t ask for more.

Treasure truly is a treasure! This home exceeded our expectations in every way. It is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.Sandy was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate us. When we needed to adjust our dates due to changes in our travel plans crossing from Florida, she was incredibly helpful and easy to work with.We enjoyed our stay so much and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. I cannot recommend this property enough. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!
