This is the second home on an estate property, with a secondary driveway and access from the primary home. The yard is not shared, but the primary home is within 30 yards of this guesthouse, so it does neighbor it. The front home will also be rented, or this guesthouse and the primary home can be rented together as a compound.

This two-story home with a one-car garage boasts two private bedrooms and a second-floor executive loft/open bedroom concept with a lounge area and work desk. The second bedroom is on the second floor and does not have doors; it will be somewhat open to the living space. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, this guesthouse comfortably sleeps 6.

POOL/HOT TUB: The home has a newly constructed pool and hot tub. The pool can be heated for $80/day, and the hot tub for $35/day. Please let us know if you'd like them heated during your stay, and we'll be sure they're ready for you upon arrival.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request of $25 is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES: If you need to receive packages during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have them delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have them delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Quiet Convenient Comfortable

Our family of six stayed for three nights during UAZ graduation. This location was quiet, at the end of a culdesac with great views and a pool. The three beds were comfortable and allowed each of us to have our own space. The back patio was the perfect location to enjoy our morning coffee and listen to the desert. Highly recommend!

Did not want to leave

This house was extremely enjoyable. Clean, well equipped, and quiet. We were very familiar with the area having lived about five minutes from there for 21 years. Restaurants, grocery stores, hiking and walking trails, golf, and many other attractions close by. The owners were very responsive to questions and requests. We've recommend it to others already.

The property was fantastic. Great location close to Sabino National Park and great restaurants near Sunrise and Campbell. Todd, the host, was very responsive to our needs and his communications were timely and he went above board to make sure we were happy with everything. STAY HERE you will be pleasantly surprised.
