I booked this beautiful home to spend time with my daughter and granddaughter and we were not disappointed. This house is beautiful and was so clean. The back yard view is spectacular. You can't beat an Arizona sunrise on the mountains. I would highly recommend this for your family. Its also very close to anything you may need. I will definitely rent from this host again!! They stayed connected and made sure we had everything we needed.

Our family really enjoyed the property! We had a great time hanging out by the pool on a hot weekend. We enjoyed the open layout to the kitchen and living room, where everyone could be and converse while enjoying a meal The house was immaculately, clean and well appointed with all the amenities needed. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Yellow Cottage! It was clean and inviting….. with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains was so scenic it seemed like a movie backdrop! We suggested a few additional items for the kitchen (reusable and non breakable cups and plates for outside dining) which the owner (who is VERY kind and responsive!) seemed open to! Would definitely stay here again!

Host communication was great, The home guide book give us information on house details and more.We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working and the fence gate had blown down. We wish the host had checked the house prior to our 4 day visit to insure the yard was secured and everything was working. I would still recommend this property because over all it was a lovely place and the host was always available.

Thank you, Patrice, for the great review. We do apologize that our spa was out of order and that out fence was down, both were damaged by the recent monsoon storms we had over the past few weeks. We are glad that only minors repair were needed and everything is working properly again. We always do our best as a host to troubleshoot any issue the best that we can, and we cannot thank you enough for your patience and understanding.

We had a terrific time staying at the Yellow House. We were in town for a family event and extended our stay to take advantage of warmer weather. We had a great time with the grandkids in the pool and soaked in the hot tub every day!! The house was perfect for our family and Tuananh was very responsive in answering questions we had and resolving some minor issues. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again when we return to Tucson. It is so conveniently located to great restaurants and shopping. Thanks for letting us enjoy your lovely place!!

Great setup for 3-generation family. Pool and spa heated quickly (and sufficiently) with a remote app -- a big advantage. Great views. Owner helpful, quick with responses. Downside: Can't walk to anything except end of the cul-de-sac.

This home is fabulous, roomy and the host could not have been more accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Tucson. Just scared that when I need to book this home again I don’t want you all taking up the spots for rental :). I was nervous doing this without my husband who had passed because he always did all the travel arraignments but this house rental was flawless and the home exceeded my expectations. Because you know sometimes pictures don’t tell the full story. We loved this home and the hosts did a great job!!! Hope to stay again soon.
