I would like to apologize for any difficulties that you experienced during your stay and for taking your time to share them with me and VRBO. I feel very strongly that any negative experience our guests encounter is unacceptable; not only to me, but also to our entire Beachside Team, and guest feedback is always appreciated and taken very seriously. The Team at Beachside was so disappointed that your experience was so different than other guests to this terrific home this summer. Here are just a few of the many reviews we have received: • What we really liked about 107 was it was at the very end of the boardwalk with a nice green space next to it. Pretty house with amazing views! Lots of stairs! Long climb to the third floor bedroom...but it is worth it with a spectacular view and lovely bathroom. Would definitely stay here again. • I really cannot imagine being closer to the beach and pool. Great spot! Kitchen could use a few more dishes, dish towels and pot heat pads. Other than that, LOVE THE WHOLE THING! • 107 Grand Pavilion was a great spot for my family. The home has everything you need in a rental home. The furnishings were well done and comfortable. The kitchen had all that was need to eat in, cook and make yummy cocktails! All the bedrooms had quite comfortable beds, flat screens and their own large bathrooms. The porch off the family room was perfect, too. 107 GP is in the very best location to access the pool and the beach--they are both practically outside the door. The home is cozy, sunny and a wonderful spot for a fun in the sun vacation at the beach. • Property was ideal for a family vacation. It was well maintained, and there was access to pool, ocean, and a great view of ocean. We were within walking distance of restaurants, hotel, bikes, etc. we will definitely rent this house again. Some of the pictures have been removed following the sale of the home, but replacements should be up following a visit by the property owner over the upcoming holiday. Thank you very much for your review and kind comments about our home. We are pleased the check-in and booking procedure and details were easy for you. We have added several applications in the past year to make the check-in procedure as seamless as possible and offer several ways for guests to communicate with our rental office. It sounds like the home worked out very well for your family. I am sorry about the wedding near the home. The Grand Pavilion area of Wild Dunes is a popular locale for vacations, as well as destination weddings, so we do have to accommodate weddings/receptions in the area during certain seasons. This is also the only negative we have being an end unit. It is very private and set off from the pool compared to other oceanfront Boardwalk homes, but is on the end near the grassy croquet lawn. We do provide an initial supply of toiletries and some paper products for guests, so they do not have to worry about these items on their first or second day of their vacation.
