Good floor fan for six bedrooms and six baths. Needed more towels and the house should have some hooks and all the bathrooms.

The house was in a perfect location had plenty of room for our large group. The beds were comfortable and everything was in pretty good shape. We felt the kitchen was lacking some pots and pans, especially for a big group. Other than that minor inconvenience, we had a great time!

A great location - right off the beach, by the pool with a bar and restaurants, and nice neighborhood to walk. Grocery store and Charleston an easy drive. Updated properly - nicely decorated. Amazing two master bedrooms. Recommend for a group of friends and for families.

Overall the house worked out fine but we were not happy with the internet connection. The signal strength was not good so computers and iPads did not properly connect without using our own hotspot. We also could not get the TVs in the bedrooms to connect. The garage door key pad was also frustrating. Most of the time we had to go up the stairs to the front door to get in and then go downstairs to open the garage door.Only given three kitchen garbage can liners for a group of ten for a week was rediculous. We had to call to get more and to get more dish detergent.

Fun long weekend getaway

We had a wonderful long weekend with family and friends here. The layout is perfect for a large group and the location is just wonderful beachfront with a yard for games etc and easy walk to pool and restaurants. We will definitely come back!

Much need sanctuary

My family and I had an awesome.teip here for my husbands birthday. Being right on the ocean was such a blessing for our weary souls. Awesome house and perfect for our family!

Great Location, Beautiful View

Great home with lots of space. Short walk to the beach and pool areas. Large kitchen and dining areas. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to feed a large group. Would definitely rent this property again.

Annual beach trip

This was our second year renting this property. Excellent location and plenty of room for all 11 of us. Despite a glitch this year, we will return next summer!

Great house and perfect location!!

This house was perfect for our group of ladies. Six bedrooms, each with a dedicated bathroom was fabulous. The location of the house could not have been better. Steps to the ocean but also so close to Wild Dunes amenities. We did beach and walked to pool for lunch. Management company was great to communicate with. Will definitely save this property for future visits!!

Perfect location for Thanksgiving feast

We had a lovely time with beach views from two of the five bedrooms. All was wonderful and fairly well stocked with equipment in the kitchen. Only problem was the garage door would not consistently open and so we got stuck with our cars in there a few times. Otherwise... PERFECT!

Nice home needs to be updated had a serious gas leak had to vacate the property fire dept had to come after we were left with NO hot water for over 24 hours had to go for daughters 16th bday dinner without showers

Thank you for providing this feedback on the home. We are working with the homeowner on upgrades, and have already taken the steps to correct the gas issue experienced. These steps included replacing the tank, completing a leak search, and also refunding the nights without hot water. We hope to get the chance to host you again on the Charleston Coast under better circumstances.

Great location, perfect for families

We had a great time. House was well stocked and kitchen was great. 2 suggestions. Need better blinds in all the rooms. There are skylights that literally shine right in. And the front rooms the neighbors can see in. Would have preferred chairs delivered to the beach instead of ones we had to bring out each day. But the location was ideal! We had a great time. Everyone had their own space and it was close to both hotels which had a ton going on.

They should be in place by the end of the summer. Though our affiliated company, VayKGear, does not deliver chairs, you are always welcome to rent beach chairs from IOP Beach Chair Company, who does provide the setup service on the beach. Great. last minute find

Pavilion Paradise was a great last minute find after we had to shift our plans from visiting the NC mountains. Love the ease of access to the beach, fits a large group comfortably, and all of the logistics were easy. We also loved that there are 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds. The place wasn't super clean... mainly there were some dishes that were put up before we arrived that needed another wash and the washing machine itself was very musty and needs a deep clean. The house has tons of stairs. Not inherently a problem, just something to be aware of.

The home was clean, kitchen and baths excellent the rest of the house needed some updates - especially the porches! Did not have hot water for two days as the propane tank was empty and we could smell the vapors. The garage door automatic opener did not work. For the amount of money we paid expected better!
