Lots of cute amenities and accessories! Very clean and the patio area is very nice. The only drawback we encountered was the sleeping arrangements for 10 were tight. I would not recommend more than 8 or 9 stay in the house.

Overall impression it was a great little spot to stay. Plenty of room for us. Lots of little things to do with the games and the little arcade machine. Darts in the back. We did not get to check out the hot tub as it was too hot for us but loved the option! Would absolutely stay here again!

Best VRBO home ever! Highly recommend. Such a beautiful place and location. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the lovely hospitality and spectacular treats and extras provided. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was such a pleasure. The patio was a joy to sit around and talk. We also enjoyed the game closet as well as the little extras available to us. We would love to rent again.

Nice place! Family friendly!

House is really cute and beds are very comfortable. Lots of games and snacks are a perk. Kitchen is well stoked.

Great Stay!

Great place to stay while visiting Nashville! The home was well equipped to entertain all from ages 3-65! We appreciated all of the personalized features—hot tub, popcorn maker, smart TVs, and a giant game closet! Close to Nissan Stadium and easy to drive or call an Uber!

Great location! Quiet and peaceful but close for fun downtown. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Beds were very comfortable and we had more than we needed for our stay. Owners were very kind and communicated quickly and efficiently available to us anytime we needed. Check out instructions were clear and simple!

Hreat Stay close to evrything

This property was a group of 6 of us and worked out great. Was well stocked and the location was quiet but close ro everything in the Nashville area. Host was very helpful and reaponsive

Property was awesome. the back porch was amazing to hang out in. kitchen was perfect, and the snacks (popcorn machine) was incredible. Easy to get ubers as well

Cheer comp weekend

We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The house is clean comfortable and very well stocked! The kids so enjoyed relaxing mornings in the yard, on the swing and playing cornhole. After our long days at the convention center the hot tub and back porch were a great way to relax and unwind. Thanks so much for a great getaway we will definitely be back again.

Check in process was simple; code was provided for the home days before we arrived. Everything was clean and tidy, it was a great touch to arrival that coffee and snacks were complimentary. Aretha was quick to respond to any concerns we had and took care of any issues we had in a timely manner. Loved the property and how close it was to Nashville. Looking forward to staying there when we visit again.

Great place for groups

Aretha was a great host. She provided all details up front so i didnt have to ask! Plenty of space in the home and outside. Not far from downtown. I would definitely rent again!

The house was perfect. We played games in the dining room, sat in hot tub and enjoyed popcorn machine and the snacks. Communication was fast and friendly. Took walks in the neighborhood. The hot tub water temp was a little cool for our liking, but over all a really good experience. We will return if we venture back to the area.

Family vacation & cheerleading competition

We traveled to Nashville for our granddaughter’s Nationals Cheer Competition (placed 1st in their division and Grand Champions overall). Our stay at Valley Trail Resort was fantastic. Everything anyone would need was provided. The house was very clean and inviting. The grandchildren really enjoyed the many activities that were provided.
