Lance was an excellent host with great communication from beginning to end. The house was clean, inviting, and well kept. The outdoor area was very quaint and useable. The front stairs are steep and the driveway is gravel so something to keep in mind for those that that might find this challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend renting this property.

Clean, well lighted place, thoughtfully equipped, in a quiet residential neighborhood. ideal location for accessing State St, downtown SB. Restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Would gladly rent again if available for our next trip.

The property is on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood with only a 3 block walk to Shoreline Park. The house was clean and the property manager was exceptionally responsive to all of our needs. This whole property is built over a large garage and exists entirely as a second story home. The only entrance to the house is a steep stairway with high risers and a low-mounted railing that would be extremely challenging, if not entirely unsuitable, for anyone with mobility issues, or for young children. In addition, the outdoor space is more of a side yard that requires trips up/down the staircase to access it.

This property is perfect to explore Santa Barbara and kept up with excellence! The home is beautiful and stocked with so many extras to make a great stay! The location is perfect to the downtown and beaches! There is an awesome breeze that blows through the house, so keep the windows open! We did not choose to spend days on the closest beach, but found the Stearns Wharf beach to be the cleanest (from seaweed) and open beach area. And Stearns Wharf pier had fun shops and restaurants! We did spend a day at Ledbetter Beach, but a lot of seaweed and birds were there. This beach did have more waves and it was fun to watch the kiteboarders there! We drove to the beach with wagon provided at home that was fully stocked with all that you would need! Property was just as described and Lance was a great and very responsive host! We would definitely return to stay here again in the future when coming to SB! Thanks so much!

Family fun in Santa Barbara

Great little spot very close to downtown! We enjoyed the neighborhood and proximity to the beach and ocean. It was easy to access all the SB has to offer. The home was clean and spacious for our family of 5.

The house was as advertised and was perfect for our family. The kitchen, dining, and living room were gorgeous and in very good condition. The bedrooms were nice, but a little more storage space for clothing and stuff would have been good. The A/C worked well. The outside space was great and we used it a lot as the weather was wonderful during our visit. The spa could use a new cover. We also took advantage of the great outside shower especially after coming back from the beach. The location was very good for walking to the beach and the nearby park areas. Overall, we would not hesitate to book this house again!

Perfect SB Oasis

Short one night stay with my family before a courthouse wedding. This is a very special house that feels like an Oasis. So clean and comfortable plenty of space anything you could or would need is supplied. This was exactly what we needed to make our trip complete. If given the opportunity we would definitely stay here again .

Bright and Beautiful!

Lance’s home is gorgeous! It feels beachy and airy with a large kitchen and high ceilings in the great room. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. His backyard is like a spa. Oh, and he has an indoor ping pong table! And, his home is pet friendly.💗

Beautiful house! Great location! Wonderful memories!

We came to Santa Barbara to celebrate my sister’s 70th birthday. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and the living space was large and airy. We were even surprised to see a large ping-pong table folded up against the wall that we ended up using! That was a blast! The house was close to the beach and restaurants. We even rented a surrey and rode along the beach. I would highly recommend this rental and the communication with Lance was excellent! We even got to check in early!

House was very nice and in a nice neighborhood. Easy to walk to different areas. Beaches were beautiful! Had to reset breakers three times. Would be helpful if you have 8 staying to have 8 chairs table height to go around dining tables (folding chair or 2 would be fine).

AMAZING house in an AMAZING location!!

We so enjoyed our time at this house!! It was perfect for our family with plenty of space to spread out and everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay! This home is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood and is centrally located to all Santa Barbara has to offer. We especially appreciated that we could walk to see the sunset at a beautiful shoreline park! The sauna and hot tub were a perfect way to wind down after our adventures. To top it all off, the owner/property managers were great to work with and achieved the perfect balance of being available without being intrusive. 10/10!!!

Perfect for a girls trip

We are a group of 7 women from all parts of the country who have been friends for over 50 years. The house and location were perfect for exploring Santa Barbara! The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you could possibly need. When we told the host that the Keurig wasn’t working, a new one appeared on the front steps within an hour. The living room and dining areas allowed us to get comfy and enjoy each other with a nice warm fire in the fireplace. The beds and pillows were so comfortable . We loved it and couldn’t have asked for more. Great place to stay!
