Excellent property! Thoughtful details like very nice linens, well equipped kitchen, and good media services. All appliances worked very well, and it was very clean. All this with a fantastic location and great parking. Owner provided great communication and a fair price.

GREAT condo and host! Great location. Parking was always available. Bob couldn't have been better with communication. Will be looking to stay there again in the future. The only downside was that I wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks Bob!

We had a fantastic two-week stay at Bob’s rental at One Ocean Place in Garden City Beach. Everything we needed was provided, and the condo was well stocked and comfortable. The beach chairs and toys were an especially thoughtful touch and were greatly appreciated by our family. Thank you for helping make our vacation so enjoyable—we would definitely recommend this rental and hope to return in the future.

Great Location, Superb Host

Spent a beautiful relaxing week in sunny Surfside Beach enjoying the wonderfully appointed condo. Host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the rental was exactly as described: immaculate and comfortable. Literally the best VRBO experience yet!

Beautiful

Beautiful property in a great location. It was wonderful having my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sun rise. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was clean and Bob was a pleasure to work with. The building is well-cared for and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. We have stayed in this building before with a larger group and would definitely return to this unit if we have a smaller group in the future.
