Girls beach trip

We have stayed here for 3 years in a row now. Absolutely beautiful. When you first walk in you can see and smell how clean this condo is. Then the view!!! It’s breathtaking. Very comfortable. Will stay again!SC & NC GIRLS

Annual Family Vacation

Love this property! We have been staying with my in laws at this property for years, however this year we rented our own unit and LOVED IT! Highly recommend!

4th visit to this unit. Love the layout and decor. . Comfortable and see no reason to go somewhere else. Owners are extremely responsive. Book next year as soon as we returned.

Even more beautiful than the pictures show. The breathtaking view is what we loved the most! The place was clean, easy to access, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I booked this condo for a week to bring my mother back to the beach after her cancer treatment last year, along with two other family members, and we really enjoyed the stay! This was the nicest condo we have stayed at and loved the views and how bright and new everything looked. The location is great and it's quick to get to the Garden City pier either by car or a walk on the beach. A tropical storm from Hurricane Helene hit us late in the week, but it didn't last long and we were able to enjoy our last day and a half regardless. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Vacation Spot

This Condo was fantastic!! It was a beautiful location! The views were phenomenal and we couldn't ask for a better place to stay! The communication with the owners were great!! If i had any questions, they responded quickly!! We will be going back again!!

Spectacular view and hosts

I just wanted to thank you both for allowing my family and I to stay in your beautiful condo. The view was fabulous and it was so nice and clean. The security measures and the use of the links to access amenities, made our stay even come comfortable. We also appreciated the quick responses to our questions. Garden City Beach

Loved the location, the condo was very comfortable and had great views. The owner was very responsive. Like many condos in this area you need to bring all your own supplies. Would definitely rent again.

Very lovely and well cared for. Owners have been great for both our visits -once in 2020 and again in 2024. We have already booked our 2024 rental. Comfortable, Clean and Convenient.

Walked in front door and got the view of the ocean. WOW. Beautiful place. Slept real well. Enjoyed seeing the sunrise on the balcony. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Really want to go back sometime.

Wonderful

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here in the same unit. It is absolutely gorgeous. As soon as you open the door the view is amazing. It’s always spotless. It was 5 of us women, plenty of space very comfortable. We hope to be back next year.

100% Satisfied!

We were so happy with our stay in this condo! The listing was very accurate, and we were even more impressed when we saw it in person. It was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The view is amazing, and so convenient to the beach. The only glitch was an out of service elevator, but the management was able to keep one running the majority of the time. We hope to stay here on any future visits!

Beautiful and Restful

Owners were super easy to work with and we had a great stay. Views are amazing - it feels as if you're hovering right over the ocean. Wonderful location (great oceanfront cafe next door and scenic walks towards the pier) with grocery store nearby if you like to cook. Easy to get to all the Myrtle Beach fun yet far enough away to just enjoy the R&R. If you like shark teeth, my boys found nearly 60 walking up and down the beach...which is not at all overcrowded like North Myrtle. Great find and I'd recommend wholeheartedly.

Paradise Found!!

Our family visits the Garden City Beach/Murrells Inlet area a few times a year. This is our favorite property! We have stayed in several condos over the years, but returned to 703 the most. We have zero complaints! Everything from the decor, to the amenities (the Kuerig coffee maker is an awesome perk!), to the cleanliness of the condo, to the ease of check-in was perfect. We stayed two weeks this summer and had one minor issue with the air conditioning. Our hosts addressed it immediately and everything was fixed before we even left the beach for the day! Roger and Beth are wonderful owners, who are very responsive. We can’t wait to return to this condo again next year!

Fantastic Condo

Stayed for Thanksgiving week. The condo was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Owners are a pleasure to work with. Most important all the chairs and the sofa in the living room were comfortable, as we spent a lot of time sitting in them and enjoying the view.

Relaxing and Cozy

We stayed at this condo for two weeks around our wedding in Murrells Inlet. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Everything was just as listed. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were great to enjoy the ocean. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Beth and Roger were great hosts. Highly recommend this unit!

Fun in the sun

The property was clean, which is very important to us, and upgraded. Containing all amenities necessary for us to have a fun filled vacation. The view to the ocean was spectacular. Enjoyed watching sunrises from the swivel chairs next to the floor to ceiling windows. Would recommend this place to anyone and, hopefully, will be staying here again.

When we frequently visited this area each summer we fell in love with the beach and the condo. The view left us breathless! We have family that live in the area and we have been visiting for the past several years. We knew we will always return year after year and wanted place of our own. We live in Massachusetts and can not enjoy it all year-round. Decided we would rent so others could enjoy the beautiful beach and wonderful area. We have had many enjoyable memories while in Myrtle Beach and many more to come!

The ocean view is amazing. Step into the unit and see the ocean immediately as you open the door from the ceiling to the floor. Feels like you are out on a cruise ship. All you see is ocean. BEAUTIFUL VIEW ! Enjoy 2 pools and jacuzzi. Kids can play in ocean water while you sit on beach and relax. Can also find quiet times and spots for those that want to relax, be alone and kid-free.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This area is quieter and more family oriented. Enjoy being close to all the area attractions yet in the quieter section. Enjoy a beach right out side your door, minutes from fishing on either Garden City Pier or Surfside Pier. Quick ride and you are at Murrells Inlet can enjoy dining, night vendors and entertainment. (awesome 4th of July fireworks) You can head down HWY 17, many restaurants to choose from and get any food your are in the mood for. (Or stay in and relax, cook your own and enjoy on the balcony looking at the ocean) Drive to Broadway at the Beach (kids favorite) for shopping, food, fun, speed boat ride...never boring. Plenty of places to Golf or shop all you want. Oh and don't forget the Pelican's Baseball.
