Our group of six mature ladies had an excellent stay! Check-in was easy, and the property was well-equipped with plenty of beach towels and chairs for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach with easy access. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this property to others!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! We travelled with three families with toddlers and this was the perfect spot. Close to the beach and other attractions, clean, family friendly. The host was amazing as well and accommodated us with multiple requests including adding another night to our stay because we didn’t want to leave!I couldn’t recommend this spot enough to anyone looking to stay on Anna Maria Island. We hope to return one day.

House is located in the quieter north end of the island which we love and literally steps from the beach. Loved every minute and hope to go back soon.
Beautiful sunsets every night of our stay.

Fantastic location on the north end with quick access to the beach! We love this area as the beach is always less crowded. The kitchen remodel is stunning with plenty of amenities and room to fully utilize the space. This was also our first time on AMI with access to a washer and dryer such a nice perk.

The villa was absolutely perfect for Christmas! The renovation is beautiful - especially the kitchen. We did not realize how close to the beach we were going to be but we saw 7 out of 7 gorgeous sunsets!

Wonderful house

Amazing Anna Maria Abode!

What a wonderful home—-perfect location and close proximity to bean beach. The house and kitchen were stocked perfectly and the entire home was as clean as a whistle. We will definitely look to stay again when we visit AMI again.

Short walk to beautiful beach!

Overall LOVED our stay & felt mostly “at home”! Love the comfy retro couch in the living room, the kitchen layout was easy & good for convo! Bathrooms were perfect for what we needed, and all the towels were awesome! We had such a short walk to the beach, we were all happy campers! My girl loved hanging in the surfboard room - what a teen treat that space is!!!

Beautiful beach house

We had a great time. Very clean and comfortable beds. The kids favorite room was the surfboard room! Highly recommend staying here. 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. Will definitely be coming back.

Location superb and house perfect for the kids and pet friendly . We relaxed and rested with the stunning beach and sunsets as our therapy . God willing we will return to this perfect spot.

Great Property

We had a great stay on AMI! This house is in a great location and was very clean! The house is stocked with everything you need and the owners are very prompt in their responses to questions/concerns. It’s in a quieter part of the island but still walkable to shops/restaurants and the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Terrific beach getaway

Very clean, bigger than the pics convey, excellent location (beach, restaurants), super quiet neighborhood, nicely equipped kitchen. Couldn’t ask for anything more for our FL getaway! Jesica’s communication is excellent.

Just lovely

Our family so enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The location is fantastic! Even in the thick of spring break, the beach was quiet and uncongested - and just a short walk from the house. We will definitely be back.

Great stay in AMI

This is a great house. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The fenced-in yard for our pup was especially nice. The surfboard room (that has a separate entrance from the house) was perfect for our 2 grown kids to stay for a few days. The host, Jessica was probably the best host we’ve ever dealt with on vrbo. She was very helpful and responded quickly when we needed to communicate with her. Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal House & Location on AMI

As first time visitors to Anna Maria Island (AMI), this "Pink House" was terrific for myself & family (total 5 adults) to enjoy while visiting with other long-time AMI vacationers renting nearby. Renovations & decor from last year's storm were terrific and everything was brand new. Open floor plan allowed us to have others over for a casual family dinner. Access to the not crowded beach (and each evening's gorgeous sunset) was a 3 minute walk.We loved the bonus "surfboard" room accommodation and my (adult) children vied for who got that room.All the right amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The Pink Boutique

Nice residential part of AMI. Fantastic job on the remodeling both inside (especially) and out. Very comfortable for the four of us adults. I imagine kids would really like the "Surf Room" addition. Host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Great place to idle away some Island Time. Would return.
