Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The modern renovation still maintained a beach cottage feel, but had great touches that made the experience comfortable and cozy. It is more spacious inside than it looks like from the front with ample space for everyone to eat, sleep, play, and relax. The screened in porch was invaluable during the monsoon rain we experienced, and the living room was perfect for a game of Candy Land, listening to music on the smart TV, and reading. Our 5 year old instantly adored the big blue fish on the wall, gushed about how easy it was to walk to the beach from the house, and loved the pool (and could we please, please stay here again?!?). There were some light bulbs out and it would have been helpful to have a few more bath towels for 6 people, but the proximity to the beach was excellent and this was a great spot for us to use for a meaningful family vacation regardless of the weather.

Location is amazing and close to everything, house was very clean, pool was great, and home is perfect size. Kitchen fully furnished. Host was very helpful. A little high in price and during evenings a lot of mosquitos in front and especially back.

Jessica's place was excellent. Cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. It had everything we could need for our stay. Walking distance from the beach. We would stay here again in the future.

Great location. Property is very cute. Kitchen is light and bright. Beds were very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with all you need. Pool was dirty with twigs, debris and sand. Pool skimmer had holes so it was difficult to clean it. High pitched whine at night with water line (?). Flushing toilet would get it to stop.Overall, wonderful stay.

House was very well equipped, clean and super close to the beach. It is quiet and beautiful. Renting a golf cart is a must for extra fun! Pool was amazing.

Absolutely the best stay in AMI! Perfect location, close to bean point and Pine ave. The house is perfect sized, super clean and very well equipped! Communication was smooth :) all praises , we had a wonderful time !!

We had the most amazing stay over thanksgiving, everything was absolutely perfect !Beautiful beach cottage with 2 huge bedrooms for the adults with very comfy beds, and a room with 2 bunks which the kids loved, especially watching movies in bed as a treat :) The kitchen had everything we needed and more.The pool was lovely and warm with plenty of beach towels provided and a dreamy outdoor shower ! Thank you for such a fantastic stay we hope to return soon :)

This is the perfect home for a couple, friends, or family. It was clean and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The outdoor amenities (pool, outdoor shower, and grill/patio) were spot on! And location.....you absolutely can not beat the location of this property! We would 100% book another stay here for out next trip to AMI.

Lovely beach cottage with a great location.

The beach cottage was exactly as advertised, well appointed and thoughtfully laid out with a perfect amount of space for my husband, our 3 kids and my parents. Loved the location on the north end of the island, very close to beach access with a quieter beach. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect Family Rental

Everything about our stay at Good Vibes Cottage was perfect. The house was steps to the beach, kid-friendly, and very clean. The pool was also a great amenity. Will book all my stays at AMI here!
