Il nostro Bayside fine unità cittadina sulla strada 26 è il luogo ideale per le vacanze estive della famiglia a Ocean City! L'enorme soggiorno è perfetto per rilassarsi. Ha un televisore a schermo ampio piatto con cavo e lettore DVD.

Questa camera dispone di un divano componibile con chaise e un ventilatore a soffitto. Un passo fuori sul balcone per una bella vista sulla baia. La sala da pranzo ha un grande bar tavolo da pranzo e la prima colazione. La grande cucina è completamente attrezzata con un Keuriq, frullatore, caffettiera, tostapane, forno a microonde e molto altro ancora.

La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, un ventilatore a soffitto, TV a schermo piatto e un lettore DVD. Una porta sul balcone privato offre una vista eccellente della baia. Il bagno principale ha una grande doccia piastrelle. Camera da letto n ° 2 ha una serie di letti a castello che sono perfetti per i vostri piccoli surfisti. C'è un televisore a schermo piatto con lettore DVD in questa stanza. Camera da letto n ° 3 ha un letto full size, un televisore a schermo piatto con lettore DVD. Tutte e tre le camere da letto hanno armadi enormi. Camera da letto n ° 4 ha un letto matrimoniale con un televisore a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e ventilatore a soffitto. Questa camera da letto ha il proprio bagno privato completo.

Il box auto 1. 5 è il luogo perfetto per quelle sedie spiaggia di sabbia, giocattoli, canne da pesca e persino biciclette. C'è un frigorifero e congelatore in garage, che è perfetto per il carico e lo scarico del dispositivo di raffreddamento dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia! C'è un parcheggio privato ed ulteriori parcheggio fuori strada. 26th Street è una strada senza uscita, quindi non c'è il minimo attraverso il traffico. Inoltre pesca è consentita alla fine della strada.

Perché si sta andando ad amare presso la nostra spiaggia cittadina, come piace a noi?

Non solo è bello, confortevole e bambini è incredibilmente conveniente. E 'solo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Jolly Rogers Parco divertimenti, Waterpark e Speed World è a soli 3 isolati di distanza. Fish Tales ristorante è a pochi passi 3 blocchi, anche. Si può attraversare la strada per il lungomare e prendere il tram per l'ingresso.

Felice Jacks Pancake House è sulla strada 26 e c'è un 7-11, Pizza Hut, Candy Kitchen, Fractured Prune (fare le proprie ciambelle!), Sunsations, Salty Dog Bar & Restaurant, Coins Restaurant e Embers Ristorante di 2 blocchi. Ci sono almeno 4 campi da golf in miniatura a 2 isolati. C'è così tanto da vedere e da fare a Ocean City, ma questo è tutto a posto nel cortile di casa.

Great Place

Perfect place to fit a larger group! Nice view of the bay and super close to the beach with a lot of great food and attractions nearby. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great property for families

The house is in a relatively quiet neighborhood on the bay side, which is great for families visiting Ocean City. Good fishing for the kids is right outside, and the beach is not a difficult walk (recommend folks bring a beach cart). The accommodations were clean and great for our family (six adults, two young kids). The two porches were great, but a couple of the chairs were broken. Also, flatware was sparse; we picked up some disposable utensils to cover what we needed. Overall, the property served our needs well.

Bike Week Fun

Very nice house, worked out great for the four of us with two master baths. Garage was handy for our motorcycles. Location was convenient to restaurants, catching the bus or getting out of town for a ride.

Great Experience

The listing was accurate and the stay was fantastic. We have a large family and everyone had their own space which was nice. It's close to the beach and the boardwalk and we walked there everyday. It's centrally located so it was close to restaurants and other activities and was easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay in OCMD in May and October. First time this part of town. It was a great location. Allen was great. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and very roomy

Very nice place. Plenty of room and it was great to have a garage to keep the motorcycles in. Housekeeping could have done a bit better, but all and all it was very nice.

Great location, clean, lots of room!

Great location where you can walk to everything, but it's also very quiet because it is on a side street on the bay side. Short 3 block walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house is very updated and clean with hardwood floors on the main floor with the living room and kitchen. Nice couch and television with cable. Wifi works well. Easy access to house via code so no need to pick up or drop off keys. Garage provides area to store bikes and beach things - also has a hose to wash things off. There are also various things in the garage to use such as a beach cart. Fridge in garage as well. The kitchen is well stocked with flatware, plates and cups. There are also many things that have been collected over time such as detergent and various soaps. You do not need to bring any additional kitchen things to be able to cook. Must bring your own sheets and bath towels. There are bedspreads and blankets. For kids, there are a bunch of toys in the kids room closet and also a pack n' play. If you have a small child, you may want to bring a portable gate - there is a stairway to the basement in the main living room area. Overall great stay and would come again!

Beautiful condo in quiet area with bayview that is close to everything.

Beautiful condo with lots of room to spread out. Three blocks from the beach in quiet area with views of the bay from the balcony and close to everything. Very nice rental. Garage with refrigerator and hose a huge plus for beach goers. Would definitely rent again.

No response from owner

We stayed at this unit in mid-July. Upon arrival (Saturday) the upper floor was warm and we found that the HVAC unit for that level was not working. I reported this problem to the owner. We didn’t hear further from him so I called on Sunday and he said HVAC folks would be onsite Monday morning. Temperatures were in the 90’s both nights and it was rough sleeping. The problem turned out to be an electrical issue. A temporary fix was made Monday morning by disconnecting the kitchen range and using that circuit to power the HVAC. The range was available to us only one day during our stay. I requested a reasonable accommodation to offset this discomfort and inconvenience. No response from the owner. Since there was no response I contacted VRBO and filed a complaint. That was forwarded to him in early August and there has been no response.

Very nice location

The townhouse suited me and my extended family very well. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us as well. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items that made cooking a lot of meals very simple. The location was the best part since a lot of things were within walking distance, and the beach was 2 blocks away. The inlet was 2 miles down Coastal Highway, so a doable walk on the boardwalk or a short drive to the parking lots. There wasn't any bedding (sheets), pillowcases, or towels so make sure you bring them with you, or you can always go to the Super Wal-Mart that's about 5 miles away. We did that for a lot of our groceries and other items that we needed during our stay. There was 2 kids bikes, 2 boogie boards, 1 beach chair, and a beach cart available in the garage that we used a lot. Overall we were very satisfied with the house. The communication was the only issue I had. Initial contact was excellent, but then I didn't get a response via text or email for additional questions that we had.
