First of all, thank you Kristi for staying in my place and leaving it clean. You wrote lots of stuff which I can’t agree to. Once Kristi checked in I received inspection report. Kristi was pointing on random stuff at the cabin claiming they are broken. I thought she checked into different cabin. This is heads up for Kristi’s future hosts. Now regarding “broken stuff” 1. Sink or faucet in the kitchen are perfectly fine. Nothing is dripping. Even if faucet was dripwhat’s the point of mentioning it??? 2. Cabin is in the forest surrounded by nature. You may find some spiderweb, but we do deep cleaning few times a year to make sure everything is clean. 3. Our gas fireplace is off when there is 80 outside. I told you if you want I can come and turn it on for you. 4. Hot tub has round things around jests which turns on or shuts down the flow. If you don't know hot to use it don't say its broken 5. Lights flicker from time to time. I don't know even what to say here:))))) 6.Upstairs shower does not have any smell. I tested it after you left, and I also asked guests who are currently staying about it. There is no smell. I don't know why would you say something like that 7. I was trying really hard to find hole in upstairs door, but I couldn't. What's the point to lie???? 8. Stinkbugs. Yes this is the time of the year where we have them here in smoky mountains. After Kristi checked out during phone conversation they asked for discount. I refused because I couldn't find their claims were valid. It became clear why all this complains happened. It is easy way to stay for free because hosts prefer to give discounts then get bad review. Very sad to hurt someones business over couple hundred dollars. I've been host for over 6 years, and I always try to make my guests feel like home.

Thank you Stephanie for being wonderful guest. This is the time of the year where stink bugs are all over our area. Not much we can do. They will be gone soon. My cleaning guys work very hard to get everythig clean, but we have check in and check outs same day, and they always want guests to be able to check in earlier then 5pm. Once things slow down we will perform fall deep cleaning Again, thank you for being wonderful guest. Hope you will visit smokies again😉
