Tutto in questa bellissima casa vacanze è moderna e ben tenuta e il design di questa casa è stato ben pensato ed eseguito magnificamente. Le caratteristiche includono vernice personalizzata, elettrodomestici in acciaio, garage per auto di grandi dimensioni e ponti con un cortile privato recintato e un patio anteriore in ardesia con barbecue a gas per intrattenere.

Altre caratteristiche della casa sono mobili in legno personalizzati, intarsi di pietra nei bagni, e il grande spazio esterno recintato finisce davvero fuori. Lo spazio abitativo dispone di comodi posti a sedere per rilassarsi e condividere storie, o intrattenere i bambini sulla grande TV a schermo piatto HDTV.

La Master Suite avvolge il lato posteriore del secondo piano di questa casa e dispone di una passeggiata 10 x 9 che è stata convertita in una quarta camera da letto. Altre caratteristiche includono un camino, TV a schermo piatto, vasca idromassaggio, patio e cabina doccia e un balcone privato. Questo è un ottimo posto dove ritirarsi e rilassarsi prendendo un bagno o guardando il tuo programma TV preferito la sera prima di andare a letto.

Parking, location, front patio area (for small children) was great. Kitchen and living area a little small and 3rd bedroom pass through was a little awkward. But overall it fit our needs for the week. Property management company was friendly and helpful.

Great place... close to the beach... lots of beach accessories in the house/garage - beach toys for the kids (3 years and 1 year), umbrellas, chairs, towels, blankets... We used them all. The temperature was unusually hot during our 4 days there and not having A/C made it tough a few times... the ceiling fans and floor fans helped... We were within walking range to coffee shops and shopping down the boardwalk... Those who want a place to run might like the Boardwalk - 4 to 5 miles back and forth along the boardwalk - water and bathrooms were accessible (typical beach bathrooms - i.e., shared by everyone... a little gross, but useable in an emergency). The outdoor grill and kitchen were great. Bedroom 2 (the converted walk-in closet??) is best for families combined with the master bed...(no windows so it was a little stuffy during the hot weather) The walk-through Bedroom (4??) was a little inconvenient first thing in the morning or late at night... depending on everyone's schedule. Price seemed reasonable for the location, time of the year. We had a great experience overall.

Great location, clean, and plenty of beds for a large family. The only drawback is that you need to walk through the family suite on the second floor to access the bathroom and walk through the bathroom to access the sleeping room (walk-in closet).

We had an amazing experience here at your place. The house was perfect for us, we had 6 adults and 4 little girls (they loved the bunk room). We enjoyed sitting and eating out on the patio. The distance to the beach was our favorite part. It was close enough for several walks a day to the ocean but not too close to be impacted by the busyness of the beach. The path felt safe no matter what time of day we walked it. We appreciated the outdoor hose and outdoor shower head to rinse off the beach sand. We appreciated the sand toys for the kids in the garage. Another favorite part was the access to the free beach rentals. We went to Mission Beach Rentals. We took surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas one day and then we took them back and took bikes that fit all of our needs (trailer to hold our 18 month old, bike with seats behind them for our 4 year olds, child bike for our 8 year old). We loved that, we rode clear to the end of Pacific beach and had a ball! Thank you so much!

Location is fantastic, outdoor seating was so lovely for coffee or dinner. House was well appointed and had everything we needed. Having the garage for a car was huge! Host was responsive and helpful when out travel plans were disrupted. Fantastic overall, would use again.

Perfect for our family and kids. Loved that the beach was literally a minute away. Tons of open space on the beach. The sand toys and free rentals made it easy to relax and not worry about all the gear. The house was clean and well stocked. Quiet and private location. The garage fit our Suburban. The bunk bed room was nice for putting little ones to bed earlier and being able to watch shows downstairs. Easy access to downtown (USS Midway), and kids enjoyed shops and rides at Belmont Park. Hope to be back again!

Excellent location. We were a large family group with grandparents, parents and two 13 year olds. There was plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor spaces were very nice. Being close to the beach, food, Belmont Park, etc was great. A special treat was the free rentals - bikes, surfboards, etc.

Awesome Mission Beach Stay

Excellent location right next to the beach, walk out the front door walk 50yards and your there on the beach, clean housing and beach area! Really enjoyed our stay would recommend this place and would like to stay there again in the future!

Great place to stay

Very cute house that has everything you need in walking distance. Note the bunk bed is in the master closet and one of the bedrooms is a walk through on the first floor. Great location for food, beach and kids activities.

Mission Beach is part of a continuous stretch of beach known as The Strand which extends over two miles between Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

Centrally located in the Southern portion of Mission Beach on 'Beach Side,' you're in a great neighborhood walking distance to everything. This is San Diego’s most popular beach for good reason. You can choose to spend your time on the ocean side playing in the surf and taking in the lively scene along the boardwalk, or relax on the more tranquil sands and boardwalk of Mission Bay just across the strand and enjoy the firework show just across the water at Sea World. The Mission Beach boardwalk runs for miles up the coast to Pacific Beach where you'll find a larger boardwalk and ocean front coast. You'll find volleyball courts dotting the sand from the boat channel in South Mission all the way up to Pacific Beach and along much of Mission Bay. This home is a great starting point for a stroll along the water, a day of bike riding or other activities like rollerblading, sightseeing and some of the best people watching around!

Activities include surfing, body boarding, swimming, kayaking, sunbathing, skating, jogging, boating, windsurfing, volleyball, picnicking and more. Swimmers and surfers use separate swimming areas, which are designated by City lifeguards. South Mission Beach is a volleyball Mecca.
For the Kids Kids will love Mission Beach for its wide variety of land and water activities. Swimming, body boarding, and sandcastle building will keep them busy until it’s time to go home. Belmont Park is an amusement park full of eateries, beach shops and family fun including a merry-go-round, bumper boats, and arcade games, is next to the Big Dipper rollercoaster. There’s even an indoor Olympic-sized swimming pool called “The Plunge” adjacent to Belmont Park. Sea World is a top destination and is located on Mission Bay.
