The Space:

We prove with you everything you could possibly need! Bikes in the garage for easy access to food bars and the store (no parking hassle!), four parking spaces, BBQ, ample balcony space (four of them!) to catch those beautiful San Diego sunsets and look down to other beach goers, beach towels boogie boards cooler and beach toys stocked in the garage, and A ROOF DECK!! We want to make sure you guys have the best vacation possible!



Our house is located in South Mission Beach which is more secluded and less crowded and busy than the rest of Mission Beach. However it is still very conveniently located. Choose to walk or hop on one of our several beach cruisers and enjoy either the beachside boardwalk which will take you along the entire stretch of Mission Beach including through Belmont Park or the bayside path which will lead you to several parks with play structures for the kids and views of San Diego and Point Loma. You can also choose to walk or ride along Mission Boulevard to stop at any one the several restaurants, shops or bars. Whichever you choose, you cannot go wrong. Everything is very easily accessible without needing to drive.



Guest Access:

This home is a duplex. We own the house and if you prefer to have the entire house to yourself, we can rent you the other half as well (a 4-bedroom).



There are no true “shared” spaces that you would have to worry about splitting time with another party but the roof deck and garage are naturally divided in two. The garage runs all the way through the first floor of the house with doors on either side. All balconies are off of bedrooms and family rooms and are not shared. The Neighborhood:

Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community designed around "courts" with all of the residences facing one another across a sidewalk. That design creates a cozy and homey feel (and also limits the amount of car traffic) making Mission Beach the ideal spot to "live at the beach".



Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away).



Getting Around:

Traveling by foot, bike, skateboard or golf cart (we partner with a golf cart rental company!) is the preferred method in Mission Beach. Uber & Lyft are both readily available, and we provide a 2-car garage if you bring your own vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Our house is the perfect family friendly rental however if you are looking to party please look elsewhere.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
