Great Property - 2nd year staying here and this is a true property where you rent an actual place to live. Equipped with everything you want - no ikea furniture here; from condiments to kitchen appliances everything you would ever need is there. Great pool, safe property, ample parking I can go on and on but we have been very happy spending our Dad & Son yearly dive trip here.

We had an amazing time - such amazing ocean right from the pool. Our boys loved jumping on the diving board. Snorkeling right there was also so beautiful. A very peaceful location we will be back!

Cozumel Vacation

Great place to stay! Close enough to walk to many things in the city center. Love the pool overlooking the water. Excellent snorkeling day or night.

Great condo

Everything has been thought through with this condo from beach towels to snorkel gear to borrow. The view is amazing & the pool is perfect after a day at the beach. We will be back!

Fantastic place!

Six adults… and all had a blast! Snorkeling and the “diving board” is so much fun that we didn’t need an excursion. It’s a bit far to supermarket and restaurants… but a 15 usd taxi was ok. The condo being on ground floor was so nice to have such easy access to pool and ocean. We will be back!

The condo was welcoming and relaxing. While we tried a beach club one day, the best times we had were at the condo enjoying the pool, jump off platform, and snorkeling right outside the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We would most certainly return. The downtown area was fun to explore as well. We did rent a car, but there were plenty of taxis in the area for those who don't.

Great condo

We had stayed at Miramar before, but not this condo. It was a wonderful stay for our family. Everything was clean, well maintained, staff was great and helpful. The pool and jump deck are the best. Staying on the ground floor was great. We also made use of the grill. Great place, highly recommend.

Nice place

It was a pleasant stay the condo did in fact have everything you needed. The only thing that we had an issue with was the showers hardly any pressure with using the hot water. Might be an issue with the area.

Great Stay

Love this condo! Love this area of the island, taxi ride to town or an easy 2mile walk to town. This condo is on pool level. Easy in and out of pool to condo for cocktails or lunch. 102 has a well stocked kitchen if you like to cook or they have a long list of restaurants in the welcome book. You can also find some snorkel equipment to use. Also no need to pack beach towels and the unit also has a washer and dryer. Love this place and we will be back.

The best condo and location on Cozumel

You can tell this is someone’s home as opposed to just a rental property. All kitchen and towel supplies abundant. Snorkel gear, chairs etc. Immaculate, spacious and well designed. Who needs a beach covered in seaweed when you are literally in the ocean snorkeling out your patio door? Not me!

Perfect Location

My husband and I booked this condo with our 9 and 13 year old girls for the week and it was amazing! We enjoyed being able to unwind at the end of each day in the pool, watching the sunsets and the cruise ships leave. The girls loved jumping off the platform and the snorkeling was actually really good right in front of the condo. There is a current, but we had no problem at all with flippers on. (The condo also had a life jacket and pool noodles in the closet that came in handy). The pool was never crowded. We never shared it with more than one other family. Everyone we met was so nice and we looked forward to sharing and hearing everyone’s must-do’s on the island. A few evenings we felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves. The location was perfect. It’s just 5 minutes north of town. Very quiet and safe. We rented a car for one day to explore the east side of the island, but other than that, grabbing a taxi was just too easy and cheap to justify renting a car any other day. It was $5-10 to get downtown. The most we spent was $40 to get to Playa Palancar, which is a beach club on the southern most part of the island. The taxi drivers were all very nice. It was very different from being on the main land. The condo was stocked with so much…they have an entire closet full of towels, laundry detergent, ice chest, some snorkeling gear, just to name a few! We booked this place because of the repeat customer reviews and we hope to be another repeat!!

We really enjoyed staying at Miramar condo 102! It was a good location, not far from downtown San Miguel and there were restaurants well within walking distance. We dove most mornings and it was nice to come back to a beautiful view of the ocean. The snorkeling right in front of the condo was pretty good. We saw a turtle, a few stingrays, eels and lots of colorful fish. The one thing that I did not enjoy was the really bright lights wrapped around the trunks of the trees in front of the condo. It makes it hard to enjoy the ocean and the night sky. There was some loud music coming from a restaurant not far awayon a couple of nights, but it wasn’t terrible. Most nights it was very quiet and peaceful. I also want to thank the groundskeeper. I’m sorry that I forget his name, but he was able to jumpstart our car on the day we were trying to get to the airport and our battery was dead. He saved the day!

Amazing!

Our 4th trip to Cozumel & finally found a great place to stay with a perfect location! Condo was beautifully decorated; lots of space; all amenities just like the listing shows; plus lots of kitchen extras -- if you want to cook. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach day. Having the washer/dryer is best so packing extra clothes is not needed. We kept busy each day but always made time to enjoy the pool that was just outside our door or have a nice quiet evening to sit by the pool. We rented the buggy beach car for the week, but really didn't need to since the taxis come by all the time and take you wherever for $6 - $10 plus tip. Onsite support staff was very attentive, reliable & can help with any excursions. Highly recommended to couples and families. We definitely plan to come and stay again. Gracias! Etta & Robb/Denver

Perfect condo, perfect location, perfect trip. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this condo is and how beautiful the location is. The condo manager was wonderful and truly helped to make this the perfect vacation for our first vacation since the pandemic started.

Always Great

2nd Time staying in Unit 102 and we love it. Great ground Unit with nice Patio to watch the Sunsets and walk right out to the pool, no stairs Yay. Unit is very well stocked and beautifully decorated. Laura was there to help with T-Stat at arrival to get AC going. ( Needs a New One that's operator friendly). Love the Location, 3 min walk to Pepe's Scuba every morning. Can't wait for the next time!! Thx Jill !!!

Amazing 4 Night Stay

Just came back from Cozumel and had an amazing first experience. We arrived a little early, around 1-2:00pm and was able to get checked in immediately. The property exceeded our expectations. The views were just amazing and diving off the Platform into the ocean was great. On our first day we walked into town for breakfast, lunch and a day excursion. Simply some of the best food and tacos I have ever had. The walk was easy, about a 2- 21/2 mile walk each way. The next day we rented bikes and traveled around the entire island. What an amazing experience. The property is in a great location that allows you to walk, bike or even rent a car. It’s very clean, has everything g you need and more. The recommendations were spot on and it was obvious the owners took a significant amount of time to prepare everything for their guests. We were even greater with a gift basket of some amazing coffee and local vanilla. The nights were a little cool so I would sit outside on the patio and listen to the waves coming in. Very relaxing. The pool was not crowded and was maintained very well. Maintenance was there first thing every morning cleaning up. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Cozumel and experience a fantastic property.

Just like the photos

This property is amazing! The view is gorgeous!! They are more strict in Cozumel than the states about masks and sanitation. It felt very safe. I would highly recommend this condo! It is perfect for 1-2 couples. It has a full kitchen for cooking and their are plenty of restaurants if you would rather go out. We will be going back.
