Hola! Questa è una posizione perfetta sulla spiaggia per le famiglie con la spiaggia di Medano che offre dolci onde per i giovani muchachos e la vicina parte del Pacifico offrendo più azione per i membri più anziani della familia. Ti sentirai come in Messico quando rimani nella nostra villa!

La splendida piscina ospita incantevoli fontane e un bar sull'acqua. Goditi le cinque vasche idromassaggio con vista sull'oceano, il centro fitness esecutivo e il centro benessere europeo, con massaggi in villa disponibili. Ci sono due campi da tennis privati. Il ristorante a bordo piscina offre pasti eccezionali, Goditi i tuoi drink e snack a bordo piscina o sulla spiaggia. Basta chiedere a uno dei camerieri amichevoli! Awesome Experience

The property is beautiful and in the perfect location. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the pool and poolside restaurant/bar. The resort staff was so friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo and property to others!

Spring Break 2025

Our villa was great…super spacious and very comfortable. The patio was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning sun!Armando is the property manager and he was the best! I would rent any of the properties he manages!

Amazing stay and great location

My family and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful condo in Cabo! It is very spacious so we never felt crowded. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The layout is open and the large balcony was our favorite spot to relax and visit. It was equipped with everything we needed. The hotel staff were so nice, which was nice compared to a different resort we stayed at last year! I would rent this place again for sure.

Beautiful property. Responsive concierge. A few blips … (e.g., outlet not working, tvs only able to stream) that the concierge quickly addressed. No one took out our trash … we had to call and request and, although we were charged for daily room cleaning, it was nonexistent.

Best vacation ever!

This Villa LaEstancia two bedroom condo was perfect for making family memories with our two teenage daughters. The villa was beautifully decorated and spotless. The on-site market/deli was great for snacks, treats and beverages. The kitchen had everything we needed. We ate most breakfasts and a few dinners on the balcony. It was the best! The resort was perfect, great security and so many amenities. An easy walk to town, marina, and shopping. Perfect location to everything but just far enough for peace and relaxation! The pool was fantastic and our daughters enjoyed every minute in it. They absolutely loved lunch and smoothies poolside. Owner Sarah was great with communication and provided lots of information on the resort and things to do while in Cabo. Thanks for sharing your beautiful villa with us. We absolutely loved our stay here! Gary U.

We loved our getaway!

The secure resort location is wonderful, with beach access and beautfiul ocean views. The villa was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. We love the spacious rooms, balcony and full kitchen. The resort amenities were wonderful as well. We would definitely return to this villa if we are back in Cabo!

The perfect getaway!

This condo looks exactly as it is pictured! It’s spacious and has everything you need. (Maybe just add a deck of card and a couple games?) The resort is family-friendly and convenient with a great gym right in the middle near the pool. We loved being able to use the pool and then walk right down to the beach. We could always find chairs there which were roped off,so the vendors couldn’t come right up to you. They were not bothersome though. The ocean water was a bit chilly to get in but nice once you got used to it. I would definitely recommend this to condo to anyone! The resort is also in a nice location- close enough to town to lots of restaurants and shopping but peaceful and quiet which is just what we like.

Excellent Stay

This is a fantastic unit in a fantastic resort! The unit is very spacious, updated, and clean. Plenty of room for four (or more). Really appreciated having three full bathrooms. The balcony is huge, and overlooks the courtyard with a view of the ocean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and having the washer/dryer available was great as well. The resort itself is first rate. The grounds are well kept, the pool and hot tubs were fantastic, and it was so nice to have a roped off area with chairs and umbrellas available for us on the beach. The staff were all very friendly and the food was excellent. It was great to have so many dining options with the two sister resorts too. The market was handy, albeit expensive for most items, except for bottled water, which was appreciated. If I had to come up with a complaint, it would be that people ‘reserve’ the chairs by the pool (i.e., throw some books or shoes on a few chairs then leave) pretty early in the morning, but I think that’s pretty common anywhere you go these days. The location is great too. You’re on a swimmable beach and it’s only a 15-20 min walk to the marina, and the area felt very safe. There were always Ubers next to the resort for inexpensive rides when we needed them. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

Amazing time at Villa Estancia in Cabo

We were able to pull together an amazing vacation at Villa Estancia in Cabo San Lucas. Our hosts shared contact information for airport transportation, restaurants, adventure packages as well as answered question over email in a very responsive manner. The room we stayed in was amazing and had a fully stocked kitchen minus food that we were able to easily purchase at the convenience store the day we arrived as well as Walmart via a quick 110 peso Uber ride. We had a great time hanging out by the pool, swimming in the ocean and enjoying the resort. Highly recommended and considering returning again.

Exactly what we needed!

This villa was amazing! It had everything we needed and was in a great location on the resort, plus only a 5 min taxi ride to the marina. We did a fishing charter and made fish tacos in the room kitchen. Lots of space and great balcony view for morning coffee and breakfast. We had a great time, thank you!

Beautiful place

We had an amazing time at this very roomy and lovely villa. The resort had everything we needed and was also close to the beachside bars and restaurants so we could walk down the way for something different. The villa had everything from kitchen supplies, to shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back someday!

Loved the stay at Villa la Estancia

Beautiful condo, large rooms, very clean, nicely furnished. Loved the patio overlooking the pool area and the Sea of Cortez. The Villa offerings were excellent. Restaurants were top notch and the service was very good. I couldn't have asked for a better place. Armando the concierge was wonderful. He was able to get us dinner reservations at some restaurants that we were unsuccessful getting on our own. Can't say enough good things about this Villa.

The Patton family of Albany, Oregon are the owners of this villa at Villa La Estancia. Since living in South America for two years as a teenager, Mr. Patton has always appreciated the Hispanic culture. Mrs. Castleton- Patton and the four kids get better at Spanish every year!

This property provides a beautiful, luxurious, family environment. We love the cultural experience our children have while staying here. There is something for each of us whether it be relaxing by the pool or playing on the beach to swimming in the ocean.

While there is much to explore in Cabo San Lucas, it is not necessary to leave the resort to enjoy your time in Mexico. Everything you need is on the resort or nearby. You will find many activities just outside your door on the beach. You can eat at one of several restaurants at the resort or shop for food at the market next door. The beautiful spa provides many services to enhance your stay in Cabo!

The beautiful pool features lovely fountains and a swim-up bar. Enjoy the five oceanview hot tubs, executive fitness center, and European spa, with in-Villa massage available. There are two private tennis courts. The poolside restaurant offers outstanding meals, Enjoy your drinks and snacks by the pool or on the beach. Just ask one of the friendly waiters! If you have a car, the underground parking garage is free.

La Casona is a fine dining gourmet restaurant that offers outstanding dinners featuring wonderful cuisine and relaxing music. Room service is also available. All water at the resort is conditioned with it's own purification system for your convenience and safety. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available in each master bedroom. Complimentary WiFi is offered in the pool and other general areas.

All Villa La Estancia paying guests have full privileges at Villa del Palmar and Villa Del Arco (non-pool), five star resorts located next door. Villa del Palmar offers a wide range of recreational activities, two excellent restaurants, and a Kids in Paradise children's program. Villa Del Arco offers fine dining with superb ocean views. A mini-mall with supermarket, deli, and craft shops are located on-site to serve all the Villa resorts.
