Booking and communication was easy and organized. The property was clean with nice amenities; I especially appreciate the shower with great water pressure! I love this neighborhood - it is cozy, friendly, walkable with a local food market and several restaurants. The host is professional and provides excellent communication.

Great place !

My mom lives in the darling neighborhood of Kensington. This unit had an idyllic location to my family as well as restaurants /retail, was quaint and clean, and owner provided prompt communication. We would most definitely stay here again

I love the place and neighborhood and have stayed there before. I will stay again if available when I need. Would have liked a little grace on check out time, but not a deal breaker

We are always willing to offer late check out to the extent we do not have a same day arrival checking in (we did the last time you were here). Very Clean and Quiet

We have a very pleasant stay in this 2 Bedroom unit....everything was as per the information while looking for a unit. The Kensington area has much to offer for both young and old...highly recommended

Great location SDSU & more

This is a convenient, comfortable location in a walkable neighborhood that has a littke of everything. Easy access to the interstate to get wherever you need. It is an upstairs unit with no AC, so it can get very warm in late afternoons, but in the evening there are plenty of fans to help cool things down. plenty of windows to open and fans

The apartment is very clean, nice and spacious, quiet and safe neighborhood. The parking can be an issue since it is street parking and not always easily available although there are two spots in front of the garage not being used. The kitchen could use more a few more dishes and especially silverware especially since there is no dishwasher. The place is advertised for 5 people and there are plenty of beds, but only three chairs and a set of 4 dishes. In conclusion great place with a lot of potential but the host service could try harder.

Richard, we have never (in 2 years) heard that parking is an issue since it is a quiet neighborhood of single homes. You may have to walk a half block but that is the worst case. The spots in front of the garage are not legal for parking since using them would block the sidewalk. We have noted the seating concern and updated with another 2 chairs and added additional dishware as well. Vacation Rentals by Aaron
