Home is the perfect location to have a quiet vacation as it is located a few minutes away from the main town (restaurants and shops), but not too far where you can't just hop in your car and be where the action is within minutes. There is a small walk to the beach access so a wagon comes in handy to haul all your stuff. We loved the private pool to finish our evenings in. No fighting over the best room as there are 2 primary rooms with bathrooms in each of the rooms. Kids loved the bunk room and having their own assigned bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

It sounds like this home struck that ideal balance, quiet and tucked away, yet just minutes from the action when you want it. We love that the private pool became your go-to for winding down in the evenings, and that the two primary suites meant no debating over the best room. The kids having their own bunk room and assigned bathroom is the kind of detail that makes a family trip so much smoother. Overall a great property. There were some damaged items that I’m sure will be fixed. Per our request they will fix after our checkout. Very attentive just who quickly got back to us. Close to the beach and a perfect sized pool for just hanging out.

The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. I'm definitely going back here! The only criticism I have is that the pool area was a little dirty and the grill had not been cleaned. I did give them 5 stars thought because they quickly rectified these issues the following day and credited me 50. Also it was pretty windy when we arrived so that could have accounted the dirty sandy pool and pool area. Overall great place!

Beach Getaway

This was a great location and property - myself & family loved the amenities, location and quick access to the beach. The pool & grill were great! Well designed with two primary guest rooms, each with an ensuite was perfect. New construction in the area was tolerable, the view was outstanding and location was only a quick walk on the boardway to the beach. We will definitely return.

Quick getaway

The property was beautiful! 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our blended family vaca. It was within walking distace from the ocean. We spent our days at the ocean, in the pool, or explorong Port A. Port A is mainly cash only in town just a FYI

Great location but won’t age well

We had a great time and it’s clear it is new property. They were VERY accommodating and allowed us a slightly early check in. It was very close to the beach and the boardwalk was easy for our 6 and 9 year olds to get to the water. The pool was a lot smaller than expected. Maintenance responded quickly to address a smoke detector battery and clean a moldy/mildewy bathroom vent. I think it’s a construction issue and will need long term solution.

Nice stay

Property was clean and nicely furnished. Short walk to the beach and close drive to Port A. Only issue was 3 of the kitchen a/c outlets didn't work. Probably tripped breaker but we didn't need them so no big deal. You are subject to the guests in the neighboring properties only a few feet away. One night the other property decided to party and play music until 3am. They were asked to quite down at 10pm and 3am but refused.

Rooms are great size, beds are comfortable, and the host kindly provides items to start your trip with - coffee, paper towels, dishwashing detergent pods, etc.We were missing a remote for one of the bedroom TVs and we had one personally delivered to us within an hour and a half. Super communication and excellent customer service.Will definitely look for this particular unit’s availability next time we’re in Port A!
