Ground floor beach side Spacious 1 bedroom apt with full kitchen and large living room with sleeper sofa. Come and Relax at our peaceful slice of beachside paradise. Walk out to the beach access and settle in on our award winning sugar white sand beach. We supply everything needed to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway.

Enjoy the property grilling area. We have beach chairs. Umbrellas and beach towels for our guests. We believe we have thought of everything to make you visit stress-free and memorable.

Perfect beach getaway for my husband and me. The condo had everything we needed, was clean, and easily walkable to the beach, restaurants and grocery. We’ll be back!

Short and sweet

Great spot for a quick weekend stay. Very short distance to the beautiful beach and sweet location with plenty of food and drink spots within walking distance. The apartment was clean and convenient.

Birthday trip

My husband wanted to drive to IRB for his birthday. We found this place easily on line, and it went well. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than we expected but certainly doable even for us in our 80”s. We are both short so it was difficult to reach the fan and light chains

Great stay

This location is perfect for a short term stay. The unit is a little tired, but as I say, perfect for a short term stay. The owners were extremely communicative. No problems at all. I would book it again for a short term stay.

Perfect area. Close to everything. Good communication with the owner/ manager. A musty smell. But the beach is great !

Nice place good location

Great jumping off point for everything we wanted to do in the area. Will stay again. Only negative comment being the shower mixing valve was wonky.

Great location with access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels and umbrella.

Nice and easy on the beach

This is a great overnight option and I will stay again. The hosts were very communicative, the unit is easy to access, the beach just steps away, and some good restaurants within walking distance. Seems like the town could have just 1 more coffee option, if anyone is looking for a business idea. :)The space was clean and felt roomy. My only requests next time would be that they don't install air fresheners, replace the bedroom lamp lightbulb with a normal one, and change the bathroom lights to be less wattage. Easy changes to an otherwise perfect stay!

Great location

Great location, quiet but close to restaurants. Clean for the most part, did have some large bugs upon arrival and the first morning we were there but they stopped coming after that and were not a big deal for us. Will be back.

Perfect for us

We had a great stay at this place. It was exactly as described. A very short walk to the beach. Darren, the maintenance man, was great! He was replacing the chairs and table when we came back from the beach. We had a couple of questions for him about where to go and he was right on!

My granddaughter and I had a great time. The bed was very comfortable. A little scary going to the laundry area at night. Could use some light back there.

Poorly Maintained & Not Clean

We stayed in the property for 3 nights. It was in a poor state, only superficially cleaned. The kitchen cupboards under the sink were dirty & had mouse droppings .We found a dead mouse on the kitchen floor that had eaten laid down poison. The sofa bed was dirty with dirt between the cushions. The shower hot/cold water regulation was not possible. There was insufficient water flow & no hot water on the kitchen faucet. We reported this to the property management. After visits from a maintenance man it was still evident that the the property needed fumigating & a deep clean.

Our unit smelled musty throughout our stay. I reached out to property management. He replied once, but has not (at this time) to additional, follow-up emails. We saw a 2" bug in the kitchen. (Yes, bugs are all over in FL, but didn't expect them in the unit.) No water pressure in the kitchen sink. Bathroom sink very slow to drain. Housekeeping was pleasant and friendly when we asked for extra towels. We will find somewhere else next time.

I loved that it was right around corner to beach. Room needed some updates. Beds comfortable. Locked myself out no one stays on property. Had to have neighbor call the service told them to call my neighbor. She didn't she called my phone which was locked inside. I finally got door open. She never called back. Me or neighbor. U have to wait 10 min for shower to warm up then u get in and out fast cuz water turns scalding and won't turn down. Umbrella we were to use was broke. Good location

Roaches are not for us

Couch had a a metal piece running through sofa very uncomfortable no ironing board but the iron was there hinges falling off closet roaches dead and alive every day no instructions how to run the tvs shower head placed problaly for a 5 foot 4 inch person not a 6.2 person I rent out out an in-law apartment up north. You should invest a little and you could have a home run. I could go on but I won’t. I think you’ll get the picture

Indian Rocks Beach Anniversary Trip

My husband and I booked this space for our 23rd wedding anniversary. The price was great. The bathroom was a little snug, especially the shower. But I knew that going in, because of the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only interaction we had with the property manager was a request for more toilet paper. The location was great. Super close to the beach if you went through the gate that was labeled beach access. However, the grumpy man living in the condo was sure to tell us we were trespassing on private property and that the parking lot was not a walk through to get to the beach. We thought he was kidding at first. Until he didn’t laugh. Oh well. We used it regardless. It’s not like we were being disrespectful. He was just being rude. We would definitely stay here again if the bathroom was a little bigger. Thank you!!

Property is still under repair from hurricane damage, but overall my apartment was very location, locatio was greatand management responded quickly to fix a hot water heater problem.

Good location needs updating

We've stayed in hostels around the world so its not as if we expected perfection. They told us there would be construction but it shouldn't be too disruptive. However the workers came every morning between 8 and 8:30am and it was very loud. Doesnt make for a relaxing morning. We also wouldve used the back area but it was full of construction material. We did like the proximity to restaurants and the beach.
