We agree that being right on the beach is one of the best features of the property! We're sorry about the unexpected air conditioning issue on your final night. Unfortunately, this was something we could not have predicted, but we had it repaired the very next morning so future guests could be comfortable. We also appreciate your note about the space and are glad you felt it was a great value for your stay. We want to assure you that the photos in our listing are current and accurately represent the condo. Thank you as well for letting us know about the toaster and missing blender. We often aren’t aware of small issues like these unless a guest brings them to our attention. Had you called us during your stay or scanned the QR code, we would have been happy to replace those items right away. We also appreciate you bringing the vertical blinds to our attention. We are having the blind slats replaced immediately to improve both privacy and the overall appearance of the unit. We’ll also keep your comments about the sofa and throw pillows in mind as we continue making improvements. Thank you so much for this wonderful and thoughtful review! It truly made us smile. We love the image of three generations arriving tired and leaving refreshed and reconnected—that’s exactly the kind of experience we hope every guest has. There’s something special about those peaceful beach views, morning wildlife (those parrots are quite the characters!), and relaxing evenings on the porch that really help reset and recharge. We’re so glad each “bear” found something to love—from the well-equipped kitchen to the easy beach access and nearby spots to grab a treat. It means a lot to hear that the space worked well for everyone, including your mom’s comfort on the ground floor. We also really appreciate the helpful feedback! We’ll be sure to look into cushions for the lounge chairs to make things even more comfortable for future stays. We are currently working closely with the Owner to recommend upgrades to the condition of the interior and exterior of the property that are in the process of being completed. I apologize for the condition of the beach toy room we will have housekeeping rectify this for the future.
