This was a great location and jumping off point to explore Boston. Easy access to the T, and lots of coffee shops and restaurants around to explore.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood a short was from the metro. Comfortable and very clean. Highly responsive host.

Great location and communication with the host. Beds were comfortable and everything was well maintained. Few things to note that might be helpful to know: the building is behind another building so you will not see it from the street, read street signs carefully for parking - you will get fined if you’re parked in the wrong place, at the wrong time or parked in the wrong direction, the steps leading to the apartment and slick, I found out the hard way not to go down them with just socks on lol. None of the things I mentioned are against the just or property whatsoever ever because both were great! Just passing along some personal words of caution.

This two-bedroom condo strikes a really nice balance between comfort, location, and practicality. The layout is one of its strongest features—both bedrooms are well-proportioned, with enough space for full furniture setups without feeling cramped. One of the biggest highlights is the location. Being in Cambridge means easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and a vibrant atmosphere overall. Overall, this is a solid choice if you’re looking for a well-located, functional living space with a good mix of urban energy and residential comfort. The communication with the rental agent was absolutely amazing - they were available at all times. They also pay attention to every detail - provided treats for my dog and we felt really comfortable and warm with our stay.

Excellent property in a very convenient location

I had such a positive experience, I'm eager to stay here again! The apartment is clean and well-appointed, the location is a 15-min walk from the red line T station, and I felt safe and comfy.

Great location very nice and clean. ONLY issue was the stairs difficult for 85 yr old grandmother and lugging everything up! Didn’t realize it was 2nd floor . Otherwise perfect !!

Spring Break in Boston

Great stay! The unit was just like the pictures. Very clean. We appreciated all the welcome snack. That was awesome after a four hour drive. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We did have an issue with one of the bathrooms. I called the host and maintenance arrived very quickly and fixed the situation. Very pleased with the sevice and the home. Thx for everything.

Clean and convenient

This is a very nice property just two blocks from Cambridge Street and close to many other amenities. I walked to both North End and Charlestown, although both are about a half-hour away on foot. I was moving my Boston-based daughter and needed a place to park a large SUV, and this property was perfect as a street parking permit is provided. You'll just want to make sure you park before 4 or 5 pm, as space gets limited after that. Check-in and check-out was simple, the property was well-stocked and very clean, and the property manager was very responsive. I did have a small issue with a chirping fire alarm, but that was eventually corrected. I would definitely stay again, and I recommend this unit and this property manager.

The space is very nice- clean, comfortable, and just as described. When we arrived, we were immediately hit by the temperature inside the apartment: 95 degrees. We turned the AC on and contacted customer service. Customer service was very responsive, but not helpful. We were instructed to turn on ceiling fans (this unit does not have ceiling fans) and told that customer service would check on getting fans delivered. We then left the apartment to find AC elsewhere. We returned a few hours later and found that the temperature inside the apartment was still over 90 degrees. We relayed this information to customer service who informed us that they had flagged this as emergency/urgent priority and a supervisor had been notified. We eventually decided to go purchase our own fans so that we could make it through the night and were able to buy a pair at Walmart just before they closed. In the morning, the temperature inside was down to the mid-80s. Two different maintenance workers came the next day to check on the system but ultimately found that the AC was working and just needed more time to cool the space. It took about 24 hours for the apartment to get below 80 degrees. By the following night the temperature was comfortable, and the rest of the stay was very pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we were very disappointed in the way the initial AC situation was handled and the lack of follow through on the promised updates.
